    I saw Cambridge Toyota advertise a car in stock, so I contacted them about a test drive. They told me the car had already been sold and that there was a lengthy wait of between one and two years. Fair enough. But when I asked them to let me know if another car comes in similar to the one advertised which was a return, the salesperson ****** informed me that “we don’t keep lists” of interested customers. He then tried to ***** he into putting down a deposit on the car sight unseen. “Why would I do that?” I asked. “Because we are the number one Toyota dealer in the country.” This is simply not true, according to industry rankings, and it amounts to deliberate misrepresentation. I urge people to stay as far away from Cambridge Toyota as humanly possible if this is the sales culture.
