I am writing this complaint with regard to the nature of how many calls I receive from ****** at the Sarnia branch. I have never requested a loan from Cash 4 You and I have the number blocked on my phone, however, Voicemails still come through and at first they started off with her expressing who she was and why she was calling, and now she lets it reach Voicemail and hangs up. ****** calls upwards of 3-5 times daily* *** * ******** ** ******** ** **** **** * ******** * ***** ** * ***** ** *** **** ** **** ****** *********** I am asking this business to cease & desist from pursuing any further calls to my cell phone number. I am no longer in need of Cash 4 You's services. I paid everything off on April 9. I asked them to delete my account. They responded by saying: "We have removed your account from the list and you won't be receiving any Phone calls, emails, text messages or marketing emails from Cash4You post which we will not be able to access your account or information from our end." This is not the same as deleting my account. They still have it opened and have access to all of my personal information (SIN, address, phone, employer, etc) I want my account deleted and deactivated immediately. * ******** ***** ***** *** ** ********** They will not get back to me.Business Response

Our payment was being deposited into the bank
account a day before the pay date, which resulted in NSF charges for the
customer. This issue arose due to ******** ****** ***** posting the payment
early. However, we've adjusted the pay cycle to ensure that payments are now
processed on the actual pay date, so the customer receives their funds when
they are due.
Spoke with the customer about the pay cycle issue,

Have owed Cash 4 You $10,647.02 and now have the funds to pay them, however, the clerk working at the Timmins location and his superiors are trying to push me to endorse a bank draft worth above amount and not provide me with a receipt. Also, in the last 2 years since I received the loan from them, $2,000.00 in interest was accrued to my account and I am simply trying to pay my bill and get an actual receipt without this argument. I receive 9-10 calls a day from cash 4 u. If I don't answer they then block their number and repeatedly call over and over. I set up an arrangement with them and agreed to a set amount monthly. I am having trouble with Cash4You and cannot get anyone on the phone who can help me. I'm a long time customer of this lender.
I have a major emergency and am trying to Refinance and increase my existing loan to $15000 or as close as possible. The system tells me I'm eligible for $15000 and then declines right at the end. Every loan increase I've had from Cash4You always requires someone at the head office to manually override and approve the higher amount. It has always been this way. However my contact Edward from the head office no longer works there.
I cannot get anyone from the head office on the phone- only branches - and they can't help.
Can you please process my refinance to $15000 (or as close as possible) and I'll continue to pay every pay cycle and be a long term customer.Business Response

I applied for a installment loan renewal sent all required documents. Cash 4 u said they couldn't see any payroll going in from April onwards. I sent all banking it's been over 48 hours with no response. I want to cancel my application and no one is returning emails or phone calls. I have filed a personal consumer proposal on June 28th, 2023 and every week since then, I receive minimum 2 calls (sometimes 3 calls) per week from this company.
I have told them EVERY time, to put a note on my file of the CP and to stop the ******ing phone calls because they need to now contact my insolvency trustee and not me. They continue to not comply with my request and still ****** me by phone every week.
The last time they called, I warned them that I would file a formal complaint the next time they called and this is what I am attempting to do with the BBB at this time.
