      I have contacted this business located on memorial avenue in thunder bay multiple time regarding them taking money from my account on the incorrect day. They have caused over $150 in nsf charges on my account. * **** ********* ** **** **** * **** **** *** **** **** **** ***** *** *** *** **** ****** ** ** ******** ** ***** *** ******* ****** They would not resolve the issue over the phone and insisted that I come into the store??? However I was sick with covid at the time and could not leave my house. They have made no attempt to contact me at all during this. I have called them numerous times and everytime I get the run around* **** **** ***** **** ** ****. I would like this loan taken care of and the nsf charges refunded please. I unfortunately will not return to this business because of the incorrect way they have handled the situation.

      * **** ** ** * ***** ******** * I paid off my last loan in 3 instalments. My last instalment was paid off but they never recorded it as being paid off . they overcharged me after loan was paid off . I emailed , called and went in the store . Store manager kept telling me "don't worry. They'll fix it " and nothing was done . No response from customer care . I went to a different store a manager there was able to help me but they still gave her a hard time with all the evidence I had . It took multiple tries for them to finally accept their error. They continuously call me even though I told them I didn't want any more business with them . **** **** ** **** ***** ********* **** ********* *** *** ********* ** ***** ****** *i never received an apology or explanation of the issue .

      ************************************** I used Cash 4 You to take out a small loan. I was assured that beyond the payment I made somewhere around March 2022, the loan balance was paid in full. ******************************************************************************************************************************* Now, my credit report shows 3 missed payments on this loan with cash 4 you. ********************** Despite calling every number available for Cash 4 You, being transferred numerous times and being given a case number, not a single representative has been able to assist me in providing a balance, if any, nor, agreeing to a settlement amount in order to close this loan. Cash 4 you reps will not provide me the name or contact to the collections agency they use *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** I want this debt settled and out of my life. *************************************** Cash 4 You is making it impossible to reconcile. I am hoping to get in touch with the collections agency they use however I cant find anything online. I am hoping for some help and guidance with this. Thank you for your time and consideration.

      We contacted customer and scheduled a call, Customer did not answered, we tried a second time, customer did not answer again, Hence we have sent an email in regards to the desired resolution.
