      Living in a condo corporation we take our snow removal rather seriously as it affects every single resident that lives here. We decided to go with ****** once again this year as they were not too bad last year compared to the previous company we had. I have noticed a pattern that they tend to drop off one young man to run the snowblower or the tractor. Whereas other complexes I see multiple vehicles removing the snow with multiple staff, which has also been our experience in the past. I can't say I've ever seen a company drop off one individual to tend to an entire condo complex area. The job they are doing is horrible at best and coming close to being a safety concern for the residents in this complex. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone and it's unlikely they will be returning here next year.

      Found them using my property to dump snow from other clients. Will not answer emails or phone calls to discuss this issue. I was also a client.

      Snow removal companies are not permitted to take snow from the street or private property and to move it onto another person's property or public walkways. This company unapologetically does both and is non-responsive when you try to contact them. By-law says there are complaints all over the city about their work. I approached the driver today to speak with him and he absolutely lost it, so apparently there is no point in trying to talk to them directly either.

      Not a very good snow removal service. They are great at taking your money, they are not good at removing snow. They do come all the time! Simple! If they do come, they are here in the evening for a snow removal that should have been done in the morning so you can go to work. Then they do not come back to do the plow ridge!**********************.

      Noel's sNOw REMOVAL!We had a bad experience Dec *****, 2022. They didn't show up for that period. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but here we are again Jan 14, 2023. Lots of snow that ended yesterday afternoon and they still haven't honoured their contractual commitment, much less provided even reasonable service for our condominium. Some residents have not been able to exit, one failed part way up the ramp today, damaging a vehicle in the process.
