    Don't go with them.Customer service is *****. They argued with me for 30 mins about how I was installing the modem wrong then he realized their system didn't have the right information for my place. They have to send a technician out, and it'll take a week.I work from home. So it'll be a week working at the public library or cafe ??

    Nothing but problems since day one. I have 2 tvs with the latest version of the Firestick and can only get service on one of them. Reset. Unplug. Plug back in. Input the password..... doesn't matter what you try. Can't go one day without wasting about 10 minutes waiting for that blasted spinning cicle to stop and the service start to work. I end up watching my favourite programs on my cell phone.??

    My ************ and internet have been down for 9 days. Their support staff are rude and don't know how to resolve issues or solve issues over the phone. The first ********** was scheduled to come December 3rd but after waiting all day I called to find it was cancelled. The next time the ********** was scheduled to come he called at 3:30 pm after id been waiting since 8am. He said he was too busy to make it to us and would have to reschedule. Today, December 7th a ********** arrived only to quickly tell me it's the modem that needs repair and one would have to be mailed to me early next week. I have since cancelled the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with and have arranged an alternative server.

    Signed up for Fibre. All work done, had it 5 months randomly kept going down. On phone with tech for extended periods of time for them to have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it. They will have bell call you back in a few hours. Ended up canceling, no accountability or customer services. Called for help fixing services ended up canceling services with tech support. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR SERVICE (or lack there of). Use a different provider!

    Yes. Read the review. Had services 5 months and continued to have problems with service. Had to call tech on four different occasions. Tech support never knew what to do with ***** services. The last call when cancelled services was the last straw. Your services are horrible, unreliable and your tech support is even worst. A cx should not have to call tech multiple times and wait on the phone for long periods of time over a 5 month period.

    I signed up for internet service, the customer service representative was friendly, helpful and told me that someone would come the next day and gave me 3 time slots they would be. Then she emailed me told me they would be coming between 12 and 2. Then she called me to let me know they would be coming between 12 and 2 and the tech would call me. The tech called me at 1145 and asked if he could come now. He came because we didn't have the right line in our house for the service. He found a line for it and he was there for about 45 minutes, was helpful and polite. The service is working well. Then I got a phone call the next day from customer service just asking if my service was doing well. I never had this service from any other internet company. No customer service ever called me the next day to ask how my service was

    Signed up for the fiber service on the website and confirmed with an employee over the phone at a later date, signed my new lease to the new unit, get called a week after i sign the lease stating 'Our lines go through Bells lines and Bell doesnt offer service in that area, so we dont either and we didnt do our due diligence to check before signing you into a new agreement, heres your refund, go F**k yourself.' so i get stuck in place with no internet and a lease for a year. THANKS *****.

    Ive had a very frustrating experience with TekSavvy. While the people in the call center are always friendly and polite, the service regarding getting my internet set up has been horrible. Ive been waiting 15 days for an internet connection, and the technician simply did not show up. Ive called daily, and while the customer service representatives are nice, they are unable to provide any clear answers or updates on when the technician will come because it's handled by an external vendor.This situation has been incredibly inconvenient, especially since I work from home and rely on a stable internet connection. Right now, Im left using my phones data or spending an hour commuting to the office every day because I cant work from home. Its extremely frustrating, and Im very disappointed in the lack of communication and resolution.

    TekSavvy unwilling to listen to customer and take ownership of the problem it created, It keep pointing the finger at their vendor. They sent me a new modem, the old modem was no longer be in service as of the new year. My internet was fine, I replaced the hardware as instructed, the problems began. Taked to customer support on the phone, reset this, do that, the usual waste of time to no avail. I was asked to wait 24 hours, if the problem persisted to call them back. Call them back, reset this, do that....another waste of time. "We'll have to send a technician". In spite of my protests saying the problems began after the hardware change, a technician visit was scheduled. ****** cancelled the technician because the line didn't show any downtime This is the second time I have issues with TekSavvy after a hardware change. A couple of years ago when they change the service from a Bell dry line to ****** Cable problems right away with the new faulty hardware, Called Teksavvy, reset the modem, do this, do that...off course it didn't fix anything. The very first ****** technician who came to the house said "this is a bad moden, tell Teksavvy to send you a different modem", I relayed the information only to be ignored. After 3 months and 4 ****** technicians visits later, Teksavvy finally agreed to replace the modem, They sent the same modem model, it didn't fix the issue. Another ***** technician visit and me asking them to send a different type of modem, It took 4 months, 3 modems (two were faulty) to solve the problem. Now, I am once again having issues with hardware chance. Teksavvy send the same model replacement modem, did not fix the issue and once again pointing at the ****** who twice cancelled a tech visit as the line show ok. I agree with ****** it is not the line is the hardware. Teksavvy is once again refusing to acknowledge the problem is the hardware they sent and to take appropriate actions to remedy the situation..

We sent out a batch of modems and the feedback we received made us aware that there was an issue with the hardware. We apologize for the hoops that you have went through while trying to rectify this issue. Because customers like you go through with the troubleshooting steps, we were able to recognize the commonality with the service issues between customers, was in fact the hardware. We notice that your account is showing a new modem has been added to your account as of yesterday, and this should resolve the issues going forward.     We had four weeks of service down time during our first three months using teksavvy. Out of eight times customer service **** said they would call us when they received an update only a single one did. They repeatedly said they would update us when there was a service technician booked which never occurred. You have to call and wait on hold multiple times to check if I tech may be coming to your house. If you follow up with them after a multiple week outage that caused you to be unable to work from home and need miss work for multiple days to meet techs they may credit you for only the days you had no service for the whole day.
