Good afternoon,I was a good standing member of K2xfit for over 3 years. On June 7th 2023 was my last day prior to a scheduled csection. I asked to put my membership on hold. They only put it on hold for a couple months and they have been charging me $53.11 weekly every since August 2023.I have reached out to the company by phone, email and internet and recently in person. Still no response.I have cancelled my credit card 3 times and I'm still getting charged.I have not attended a class since August 2023.

I have attempted to cancel my gym membership with no success. In initial messages with the owner I specifically asked if I could cancel my membership at anytime. The response I got was yes, with 30 days notice. I emailed and texted the owner in the beginning of September 2023 to cancel my membership. I was told it was being processed. I was charged the membership fee in September, which I expected as it fell within the 30 day window. Since then I have been charged in October and November. I have had no response from the owner. I have called, texted and emailed. I want to be refunded for October and November, and I want my membership cancelled as I have not used the facility since August. Their complete ignoring me is frustrating and I can't get the charges stopped.

Found an ad for a FREE 6-Week Challenge from K2XFit. I had a meeting with ******, who I later found out was a co-owner, on July 4th to explain to program. On the form was a box stating they requested a $499.99 + tax "Committment Deposit". I told him immediately that I could not afford that & was told that was fine, we could discuss payments. I said I'd need to speak with my spouse as we were on a very limited income. Was told that it was no big deal, no rush, we'll figure something out. He checked off the box, despite me not being able to committ...this was made very clear! I went to 1 class on July 11th. Didn't hear back from ****** other than automated messages through their app. I became infected with COVID and advised him of this and that I would not participate in any classes or workouts. I then received a notification on my phone that my **** was charged $113 on 20-Jul-2022. I received an email with a receipt. I immediately messaged ****** through their app and demanded to know what this was as no conversation had occurred and I did not authorize this payment. I advised him that after discussing with my spouse, we could not afford the "committment deposit" and demanded a refund. I was told by ****** "In our first meeting weeks ago I agreed to have you pay the 499 in instalments. You were going to let me know after the first weekend after seeing your husband." I sent them several emails stating I could not afford this and did not agree to have them withdrawing the initial $113. I expressed to ****** that I could not have these payments withdrawn as this was now having a direct impact on my ability to pay my bills. They proceeded to withdraw an additional $113 on 25-Jul-2022. I again emailed requesting my file be closed as I was not able to afford this and requested a refund. All my emails have been ignored and no one from the company has reached out. I have emailed 6 separate times. And another $113 was just charged to my **** today 05-Aug-2022. No receipts!!
