      Dont trust this gym!! They took my money then they got an eviction notice and had to shut down due to not paying rent and now they refuse to refund my money!! They stole my money. Stay away from this place, dont make the same mistake I did!

      This gym is a scam. I'm having similar problems to **************** DO NOT trust these people. They seem nice and trustworthy however they are not.

      Have been trying to cancel my month to month membership for over four months now. Out over $800. Even submitted a doctor's note recently, still no answer. Do not recommend this gym. Owner is very unprofessional and non-responsive.

      BE AWARE! I signed up to 6 week free challenge, they said that I will need to pay $280 upfront and after 5 weeks another $280, and those payments will count as a credit for the future classes. And here starts the mess... When I signed the payment form I did not receive any copy of it No contract was signed, no it was given to me I asked to start membership in a week later than the sign up date, as I was out of the country, they said ok and still charged my first payment right away as well as my membership start date, meaning I loose one week of the 6 weeks. I could not sign in to classes, and ask an owner to check it out, he did... along with another charge of $280 from my ***** At that point my credit card was charged twice. I reached out to owner again, he said it was a mistake and he will fix it.Meanwhile another charge came out from my credit card after one week. The third one. After back and forth messaging with the owner, still saying that that was a misunderstanding, I was charged again and this time two payments at once.Just after a week of my enrolment my credit card was charged $1,400. Given all the above issues, I could not trust this business any more, and asked the full refund and cancellation of my membership. Though after almost a month I got a refund on unauthorized payments, but not for the initial payment. I was denied to cancel the membership, as per the owner because I used their services already for a week. So unprofessional, untrusted management I have not experienced anywhere.I should've been more cautious from the start, when no documents were provided to me, as well as other red flags along the way.
