*** **** Chief Customer and Marketing Officer Canada Post condones stealing from Canadians and covers it up by burying complaints
I have been robbed TWICE by Canada post at TWO different locations!!!!!!!
You have clearly ignored the submitted customer service tickets and you have not bothered to look at any of the backup I submitted, ignored all the photos and totally are covering up theft.
Now I am forced to spend even more of my time responding once again for the dozenth time to you ******** and stealing from me.
Your stealing staff at the wheatland mall post office stole from me on May 28, 2022 on tracking number ** *** *** *** **.
Your stealing staff at the main post office downtown stole from me on August 3, 2022 on tracking number ** *** *** *** **.
So I have been robbed TWICE by Canada post at TWO different locations!!!!!!!
Get it - TWice!!!!!
Look at the two tickets I submitted and all my prior emails and back up and ticket numbers and attachments.
You only compensated me for the theft on May 28.
You robbed me again on August 3 and have done nothing.
So don’t cover it up as one issue when you’ve been sent all the documentation on both.
When are you at Canada post going to stop stealing from me and covering it up?
I took pictures of your own website for your convenience.
As per your own website under 30 grams is 1 stamp. Registered mail is extra. You stole from me when you charged my credit card per the attached credit card receipt for postage and tracking. * ******** ** **** * ******* ** ** ******* ***** **** ******* ******* ** ****** **** *** ***** ********
Look at the picture being sent for the third time now.
I already put on MY OWN STAMP!!!!!!
Charging me postage like you did was THEFT!!!!!
Your own receipt admits my letter was 28 grams which is 1 stamp per your website. NOT TWO like you charged me illegally.
And I have photo proof of you ignoring my permanent stamp in order to double charge and steal from meBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have been lied to, ignored, gas lit, conned, stolen from, and given the run around for months and months and months. The nightmares at canada post have their own ticket numbers that they forced me to submit so they can fix it. I have spent dozens and dozens of hours trying to get my money back which their employee stole from me fraudulently. Canada Post is a joke and they should have to pay me damages for the pain and suffering and intentional infliction of mental duress over their actions and the stolen money.
Sincerely,

On Monday July 25th the Canada Post Mail Carrier got upset with me because I didn’t have a trolley for the packages I ordered. He then said I would have to pick it up at the post office. There was 3 medium sized boxes, all 15lbs each or less. After he went to his car, I went outside via the balcony pleading with him to drop my packages off now as I don’t have a vehicle. I said I would make a complaint to Canada Post if he doesn’t deliver my packages as I am home. He then called me **** **** and left. I called and complained to Canada Post Case #********* - Two CP agents came by and didn’t even present id and just went into, what happened. They said it was he said she said and I needed to come down about the situation. I said, if you are not going to take my complaint seriously, leave. The carrier is still delivering mail to my building and I have only received 1 letter since then, he is not delivering my items. He needs to be reprimanded and let go, not given a pass for his disgusting, racist behaviour.Business Response

Building not owned by Canada Post and leased. Did work there. Finally finished recently. Hired by owner of building. Called me in to have me work during business hours at certain times. Fine. Way she talks down every person as they leave is totally demeaning. Wondered what she said about myself every time I walked out for project as well. Not liked by most people I talk too as I was once Mayor for 9.5 years here. Now rules change for next hired person to upgrade building. She spends most of her day on phone with family and friends. No lie. Does the minimal requirement for her job. No wonder not working in her home town of Wolseley. I finished project to match her time off. Taking holiday time myself as I have a full time job myself. Our community is scared to lose our services if complaining. She is not a pleasant person and laziness doesn’t excel her positive. I’m not wanting to be the cause and outed as the complainant at this time. But with proper investigation without allowance of knowledge will say plenty.Business Response

I had returned an item with Canada post back in June 2022 and it has been lost because of wrong return label. I’ve been in contact with Canada Post and they had let me know that it would take 2-3 weeks for my parcel to be delivered, 2 months have gone by and they led me on to keep waiting and never resolved my issue.Business Response

My package was delivered to the wrong house and it took 6 DAYS for them to go to the residence where they delivered it, even though I submitted a ticket the SAME DAY it was misdelivered. So of course they could not locate it because so much time had passed. Canada Post does NOT care at all about the packages they deliver. The carrier was completely careless, they did not even read the address on the package before they left it at the wrong house. The item in the package is not replaceable, so a claim is useless. Furthermore, Canada Post closed the ticket, and did not even attempt to contact me to tell me they could not recover my package. If that doesn't show lack of concern and care, I don't know what does. ****** ****** ** **********Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Package was never delivered, Canada Post confirmed they left it at the wrong house. Package was never recovered which Canada Post confirmed. Sender provided me with a refund, opened a claim, and Canada Post REFUSES to pay that claim out, lying that they cannot contact me, the receiver, even though I have called Canada Post multiple times to verify my contact info. This has gone on for more than a month now. Giving me the run around, when Canada Post is 100% at fault. The carrier was sloppy and careless, the investigation was a joke, and now they won't pay out. This is fraudulent, and I want it resolved. It's been absolute garbage and lies from the day I opened the service ticket. There has been zero accountability by this criminal organization. Three ticket numbers associated with this fiasco - ********** ********** *********, although so far all this information and the literal hours I have spent on the phone have been a complete waste of time. Canada Post is trying to get out of paying for their mistakes, and I am here to hold them to task.

Please reply with a course of action on YOUR side that resolves this issue and processes the claim rightfully. My former employer sent me a severance cheque of $1,500 in early July, but it never arrived. After informing the of the delay they cancelled the first and sent me a second cheque through xpresspost which was due to arrive on the 22nd, but due to Canada Post’s lack of willingness to wake up out of their nap, pick up ther beer bellies off the floor and do their job properly, it’s delayed further until the 26th. As a result, I’ll be going without food or hygiene for the next 3 days. It’s been 3 weeks since that first cheque was mailed from Toronto and to this day it has not reached Ottawa. That’s two cities within the same province of the same country. This is unacceptable, disgusting, disrespectful and degrading.Business Response

I Xpress post shipped a package on July 5. The package was not delivered and I received a call letting me know the address was incomplete. It was missing the apt number for a multi story building that only had 3 apartments. The Alymer depot called and let me know to call back with 48 hours to provide the info. I called several times that day and no one answered the phone. I also left several messages as well. The package ended up being sent back to me and I had to pay $10 dollars for it to be released plus $13 to ship my package by XpressPost again. Overall it cost me $45 dollars to send a single package. I don't think its fair that the Alymer depot made no effort to answer their phone over 2 days and in turn this ended up costing me $45 dollars. I would like to be refunded the 16.33 I originally paid for XpressPost. ******** ****** ****************Business Response
