      August 4th 2022 Waiting for Expresspost from ******** to *********, ** Signature needed at delivery.Using Canada Post App, to keep track. Package registered on App as picked up from sender, July 28th, 2022 at 1:58PM.No info on package via Canada Post App, until Aug 4th 2022 @ 8AM approx. Package is in ******* ** and will be delivered that day. Package is from an Amazon Seller.Waiting around for Post Person to come to my Apartment. Get a notification that an attempted delivery card was left at building.I live in a 3 year old building with a state of the art intercom system, where the intercom system connects to my phone. anywhere. I can buzz couriers in the building like Amazon if I am not home, for example.I live in a Senior, building where seniors have major mobility issues. Amputees, motorized wheel chairs, electric scooters, walkers, as well as Dementia, M.S and stroke related mobility issues.It is very evident when you enter my building.Seniors who, Struggle, from the moment they wake up to the moment they go to bed.Canada Post person, made no attempt to contact me at anytime they were on the building delivering the daily Mail.This type of laziness is unacceptable for out senior building.Extra money was paid for Expresspost, for what.?Seniors like myself have to get to a drugstore post office to pick up a package, because of a post persons lack of Apathy, laziness. Surely they have ageing, Mothers and Grandmothers?No signature or carrier number, on delivery attempt card. Should have carriers Id number for follow up.The post person had the key to put the card in my mailbox, they should have taken the time to push the intercom.We had a female post person last year. who did contact us via intercom, in the past. This is what residents of the building are used, too! There will be many more complaint regarding this issue, sure.I wish Amazon would not use Canada Post, for deliveries, like this.

      An essential service should include service. It should also demonstrate that its employees or service providers know the procedures and requirements of their jobs. I have spent my morning in the most mindless run-around with the parcel collection service at this locationonly to discover that Canada Posts policies and procedures, as they are provided online, are entirely contrary to what I was told in-person, before I was turned away without my package or any suggestion of assistance. This location is a good example why I refuse to use Canada Post when given any other alternative, and frankly one of the worst ways to move any product between destinations in Canada. I have never been given reason to believe Canada Post offers any accountability for their shoddy and dismissive standards; but I would discourage anyone else who may try to do so.

      I had a package from *********** to North York. ***** post said it was delivered on July 22, but it never arrived. It was expedited shipping which costs $25 and it was going to be late, but then their website updated to say they had delivered to my doorstep. I never received anything, there is nothing in my mail room or around my building and my building has cameras everywhere, so before this, I had never had a problem with any package. I waited the 24 hours their website said to wait and my package still didn't arrive so I opened a ticket with their bot (0 1 4 7 0 5 8 6 9 7 ) and nobody even tried to contact me, they just told me to wait 3 days. after 3 days nothing had arrived so I tried to open another ticked and their bot just told me that since 3 days had already passed there is nothing they can do about it.
