      If I could put 0 star I would, Post Canada is horrible ! They say they can't redirect a package returned to sender due to "missing/incorrect" information !! And I tell you what !! The address is CORRECT ! not missing anything !! It is the person reading the address is missing a brain !! They are STUPID !! I confirmed the address with the sender 100 times before they send the package !! Even hypothetically the address is "incorrect" they should give the option to customers to correct it and have it sent to the correct one. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company !!

      I placed an order on July 20 that was to be delivered by Canada Post. On September 15, I contacted them as I had not yet received the package. One of the items was inexplicably returned to the sender, who subsequently provided me with a refund for that item. Unfortunately, the other same thing from the same supplier has gone missing. I called Canada Post again on October 17 and received no explanation for the missing item or why one item would have been returned to the supplier. They will not provide a refund for the item they lost. Instead, they gave me a ticket number, which I now have to pass on to the supplier, who will hopefully process the request for the refund. If/when the supplier receives a refund from Canada Post, they will, I assume, pass on the refunded amount to me. I have never encountered such a lack of accountability and unfortunately, I feel I can no longer trust Canada Post with any delivery service.

      Totally unacceptable service from Canada Post. Package was sent from city of St. *************** to be delivered to me ********************. They sent the package to ****** **. They claim it could have been for multiple reasons, sorting, processing based on capacity and limitations, etc. it has been a week now and I am still waiting for my package that I should have received the next day.They put my package on the wrong truck and wont own up to it. Totally incompetent personnel working here.

      Absolutely mind blowing that your company lies, gaslights, and gives different stories, from regular phone workers, to even the head manager lying about about whether Canada post received a package from the seller. Funny that after 4 different calls, and complaints, being told they do not have the package (which my husband lost precious time, and money on for his business) the package shows up the next day?!?! Disgraceful business practice!, and customer service! Any time we have the option to use a different service than CP, we definitely will!

      I have had issues with Canada Post reliably delivering mail for over a year now.From November 2021 to March 2022 I received virtually no mail; on March 14th, 2022 I received a giant stack of mail with bills, time sensitive communications requiring a response, and other urgent items. I contacted Canada Post by phone, left a message, and was informed (by an "automated assistant") not to expect a response.On September 2nd, 2022 I had a prepaid **** mailed out to me which has not yet arrived. I went online to chat with yet another virtual assistant, who was of no help whatsoever and who's responses were severely limited. I tried calling the Canada Post "help" line, and again they were of no help if the item in question has no tracking number.In summary - Canada Post cannot help you find an item they have mishandled over the phone, online, or via email. I would give this company zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent and do not care in the least about your experience dealing with them.

      Your delivery drivers don't ring doorbells, and then hand out delivery notices. Then they leave the items on the truck overnight. This is why companies like amazon track their drivers with cameras and gps. Figure out what you're doing. I wish I could rate you 0 stars your delivery drivers ****.

      Ordered an item that was to be shipped immediately. That was September 12. Today is September 21 and still nothing. They hold no responsible for our items or how they conduct as a company. They hold no standards what so ever! I hate having to do any time of business with Canada Post. Like history, they should be a thing of the past

      The Canada Post Offices in ********* and *************, Cape Breton, *********** have the most helpful, kindest Staff. It's a pleasure to feel welcome each time I go to mail a parcel, which is quite often. Thank You all for your wonderful service :-) Cheers

      Paid for registered mail $26 Very important documents including birth certificates (3-7 days expected delivery time)item processed 4 hours later then nothing at all for a week ?? Very concerning because of identity theft etc no updates . Where are my documents????
