by advertising concerns as well as a complaint pertaining to a refund issue.

On May 8, 2024,
BBB verified True Tone's website (URL) to ascertain its creation date and
registration details. The website was created on August 22, 2023, and the
registrant's name remains undisclosed.

On May 10,
2024, BBB sent an email to True Tone Labs requesting the following information
or documentation:

Start date of the business.

Physical location and mailing address, as the Cobourg address listed on True Tone Labs' website appears to be associated with a UPS Store.

Preferred method of contact, along with the contact person's name and title.

Copy of business registration, considering the indication on the website that True Tone Labs is a Canadian corporation.

Copy of GMP certification.

Clarification on pricing, particularly regarding the display of prices in USD despite being a Canadian corporation.

Documentation confirming products are manufactured in an FDA-certified facility.

Explanation regarding shipping charges, particularly discrepancies observed in shipping fees despite advertising free shipping on bundle packs.
