      ** *** ***** ***** *********** *** ***** ***** ***** ******** ******** The company says their machines last the longest but mine broke 3 times in the 7 years since I have had it. The cost of one repair is the cost of a ********** machine. Miele has awful customer service. Their repair person told me the machine should not have broken like this and that I did nothing to cause the problem. I use the Miele dishwasher tabs and all of their recommended products. ** **** ** * ****** ******** ** ****** **** * *** their response was not their problem and it must be my fault. **** **** ***** *** *** * ********* **** *********** ****** *** ***** ** ***** ****** ** **** ******** **** *** ***** *** **** ******* ***** **** ** *** * ******* ***********

      I called the miele store and they would nit check on a part that i need. Instead they email you if they have it then you have to vall back to order.
      What kind of customer service is that .
      They are **** *** not helpful.
      We will never get a miele profuct again

      **** ****** This is our first and last time we will ever order from Miele. We ordered a Miele dishwasher which arrived weeks later, NOT working. Immediately throws an error code. Numerous phone calls to Miele and weeks later, I still have a dishwasher that has never worked and no resolution in place but to wait on the ONLY Miele service provider in our area. * ******** the service provider for **** * ******* ** ** ********* ****** ***** (refusing to attend our home to diagnose the problem and adamantly ordering a part they "believe" is the problem before attending our home.) Miele ****** **** ** *** *** *** *** ***** ******* *** **** has done absolutely nothing about it.       Terrible customer service. Waiting to speak to technical support for over half an hour then chose one of the phone selections, for a call back that would be returned in order of my call. I left my number, waited for over one hour then went out. Returned approximately 4 hours later but no call received at home.
      Called again and an operator was in technical support finally picked up. I told her the problem with my dishwasher but she didn’t appear to have a clue. I asked her for technical support which was one of the options given. She said no technicians work there. I asked why there was the option then to speak to technical support. Her answer was so that we can assess and refer you to a technician.
      I asked what had happened to customer support because I waited then left my number but no call back. She claimed they’re very busy and she’s been taking calls then gave my recent call as an example.
      I pointed out that when I left my original call back number that was supposed to be addressed in sequence not ignored and a new call taken.
      Horrible customer service!

      I ordered a $1200 vacuum and when it showed up it did not work at all. I called Miele and they told me to take it into a repair shop 45 min away to get it fixed. I had to argue with them that I am not doing that and to send me a new one. I sent the broken one back and over a month went by. I contacted them again to find out where my new vacuum is and they completely forgot to send another one. Weeks later a package shows up and it is a roller attachment for the vacuum, no vacuum.
      Their customer service is absolutely horrible and I would not even think of buying anything else from them.
      I am still awaiting a refund.

      Long time customer full Miele kitchen appliances:
      My Experience: **** ******* May 7-2024
      My induction cook top stopped working and I had a Miele technician to come out and diagnose the problem and found one of the secondary boards to be not working but advised to bring also the main board just in case he was not sure if it was working also.
      The second appointment was booked with the parts required to fix my induction cooktop after hours of waiting I hade called Miele to find out why the technician has not called me.... to find out he was not coming to the call without being advised the day before I had taken a day off work losing a days work of pay now costing me an extra day off work for them to come back and repair my cook top.
      This repair has been going on for weeks now leaving me without a cook top **** *** **** **** ************** ********** *** **. Miele has been careless and ********* of their actions towards their customer. Their customer service is extremely poor based on my experience and would not recommend Miele to new customers.
      Their labor/parts are extremely inflated prices that do not make it worth while to even repair their appliances you are better off to just go out and buy a new unit ***** **** * ****** I expect full compensation of my time lost for one full day off work!

      ************** *** *** ************ I bought a vacuum on March 28th ago and reached out today April 3ed for an update. Unfortunately, I was informed that it won't be available until May. When I attempted to cancel, I was informed that it would take 2-3 weeks to process the refund. The person who answered my first call placed me on hold for 15 minutes while checking the order status and hanged up after.

      I recently purchased a Miele C3 vacuum cleaner. I was using a ***** ***** before my buy. which made vacuuming a chore.
      The miele vacuum has, so far, surpassed my expectations. I will recommend this quality product to anyone.

      I purchase an expensive vacuum from Miele Canada. Within 14 days, I contacted Miele asking to return my vacuum. They told me that I could not return the vacuum if it had been used! How are you supposed to know if you like a product, if you can’t try it!
      I’ve tried reaching out to Miele many times, but they just keep sending me generic emails. They’re telling me to take my brand new vacuum to a repair shop.
      I bought the Miele cordless stick vacuum. It’s supposed to have up to 60 minutes of run time. I can’t vacuum 750 sq feet of hardwood flooring without the battery running out of power, even on the lowest power setting. The canister fills up within minutes because it’s only 2 inches deep. There’s so much air blowing out of the motor, that it blows the dirt around before you can even vacuum it. The vacuum is very heavy, and I’m a strong woman.
      All I wanted was to return the vacuum and order another canister vacuum. I’ve owned their canister vacuums and thought they were great. ***** *** **** ****** They REFUSE to stand by their products. This vacuum was 800 dollars plus tax and it’s sitting in my basement, unable to be used.

      We purchased miele products for our kitchen. Terrible service and terrible micro. Called them multiple times. They will technician, who will say all good. Its 5 months and 3 visits . Garbage product never buy it. We are in Brampton
