      Terrible products and support. I bought the washer and dryer combo back in 2019 for 6000~$ with 10 year warranty, and you'd think these products would withstand normal day-to-day use. I've had an issue with the TwinDos dispensing system for around 2 years now, and every maintenance person they have sent did not fix the issue at all.       Bought an expensive Miele inductance range. It arrived with front stainless steel cooktop surround scratched and dented. Miele was contacted and tech came to see damages and ordered part. Tech came to change the cooktop after waiting one month for the part. Tech admited he didn't know how to change the cooktop, that it was a "first" for him, and spent hours trying with a lot of loud banging. While doing this the tech managed to break 2 of the 4 control cooktop knobs. Tech apologized and said he would be back in 2 days to change broken knobs. He never came. Miele customer service was contacted and we were told that the knobs were ordered. Been waiting one month since the tech broke our 2 out of 4 knobs.

      We bought our Miele range in 2016. It was listed at $13.000 dollars Canadian , but because we bought the 3 appliance bundle, they (***** *********) reduced the price to only $10,000 dollars. The oven itself is large and spacious, with the standard three rack levels, but what we didn’t know was that this oven vents all the gasses from the front, at groin level, blowing the combustion into your kitchen. Although this may sound warm and cozy, the actual effect is not. Most oven and stove manufacturers vent the hot gasses through the rear of the stove and up into the fume/hood exhaust fan, simply because hot air rises, Miele chose to exhaust them into your living space, and the result is predictable. Cooking the holiday turkey or roast now smelt like you were cleaning your oven, and forget about actually cleaning your oven, because we tried it once and despite having the fume hood on maximum, our new home quickly filled with thick blue smoke and set the detectors ringing. **** * **** ** **** **** ** ***** **** *** ******** *** **** ** *** **** **** ** *** ***** ** ** ***** ** *********** ****** ** **** ** *** ***** **** ********* **** ** *** **** **** **** ***** ***** *** ** **** **** ********* ****** *** **** ****** ******* ** **** *** I bought this brand because of the hype, and we now have an oven which we hate. $10,000 dollars, that’s a lot of money for a range that stinks up your house every time you use it, **** ****** ** ****** *** ******* *** **** *** **** *********** *** **** ***** ***********
      Lastly, the igniters for the 6 burner elements have never functioned properly, we try to turn on one burner, and another ignites, right from the beginning; we thought the problem would correct itself, but it has only gotten worse. **** ** ****** ***** ** *** * ******* ****** *** ******** * ***** *** ** ** **** ******* ******* *** ** ***** ***** ** **** ** **** *** ******** **** ************* ********* ** *** ***** **** *** *** ******** ** ** ********* *******

      Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. ** ****** has been trying to get *** microwave oven fixed since the summer of 2022. We've had multiple technicians in who have determined that the microwave will never work again (there was last someone here in December of 2022, but then they sent us a report confirming that in JUNE 2023). So many emails not responded to or not actually addressing the issue at hand. These appliances were thousands of dollars and they were purchased new but we were given the showroom appliances which were many years old already and when we reported the microwave not working it was still within warranty so we should have had a replacement. Today I spent 2 hours on hold and then a message came on saying they were now closed and then the call ended. It was 2pm PST and the hours online are until 7pm EST so I should have had two more hours.

      Customer service is terrible. It's like you pay a premium price for appliances only to be treated like an afterthought. Customer service reps have different answers. Plug changed but they didn’t advise, so couldn't use new washer. No one answers the phone. ********* *** ******* ******

      * **** * *** **** ***** ******* ****** we purchased a new refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, and range hood. We were fools to purchase installation at the same time. They have done nothing to attempt to make us happy. Today we waited all day for them to come and fix the range hood which was installed improperly and didn't even receive a phone call. The whole experience was a disaster and we will never purchase anything from Miele again. ******* **** ***** *** ** ********* ********

      **** * ********* My Miele dishwasher is on a 10y warranty. it broke. the technician was sent in a week later. Just to come in to say that the part is back ordered. Another two weeks waiting. The part arrived - Miele has *** ******** to schedule the appointment in TWO weeks.....

      We purchased Miele appliances when we renovated our house two years ago. We have had nothing but problems with the fridge, requiring several service calls for various issues and to top it off the compressor males a noise that can be heard throughout our ground floor. Our Miele Dryer needed a new drum when it was just over a year old and we can’t find a setting on the washer dryer that doesn’t wrinkle our clothes. ***** ** ****** *** *** *********** we are going to replace our fridge and washer/ dryer. We have spent close to 100k on appliances but we will never purchase Miele again.

      Bought a washer and dryer from Miele. First only received the washer and when they delivered I asked where the dryer was they had no idea. Had to call twice only to know that the dryer was in Montreal I was in Toronto. Had to wait a month for a dryer while * **** * ******* **** **** ** *** ** ****** *** *******. Finally received the dryer and only for a few days use the washer started leaking. Called and spoke with Jim who only stated will send someone to see it so now no washer to wash clothes. Finally received text message very late of timing for tech to come in that interfered with ****** appointment ** ******* and when called to reschedule told me why I didn't call earlier. Excuse me I only received the text around 4pm with the timing they will come. All I get from this ****** company is sorry. I will never buy from them any appliances. I would not recommend to anyone I know. * **** **** ** ****** **** **** **** **** ********

      Absolutely ridiculous return policy. I purchased a vacuum and used it one time and found it extremely hard to push and use. It was not so called "easy handling" as advertised. Upon contacting Miele they informed me they don't take any returns if the box is open. Clearly customer satisfaction does not matter to Miele.
