    Signed up, through the website, in the middle of the night last night...less than 12 hours ago...and I'm already contemplating cancelling the services. The information provided on the information during sign up is different than the information given in the countless emails that have already been spamming me, which is also different than the information provided by the chat agent. Absolutely no consistency in answers or information given. And, furthermore, the chat agent couldn't even give me a straight answer. I asked her repeatedly if I had to cancel services with my current ISP, or if VMedia was going to deal with the transfer (as every other telecommunications provider does). One message she'd say no, next yes, then no again. She did the same thing with all other questions asked... "Yes, no, yes, no."
    All this tells me is that the company is intentionally hiding the information ** **** *** **** *** *********** ******* ****** **** ***** ** *** ***** ********.
    My services are set to be activated on July 19th, but I will be taking these 2 weeks to seriously reconsider actually activating services with these guys. **** ***** *** ************ ****** ** ******* ** ***** *** ********* ******* ***** ****** ******** ** ****** ******** *** ********** ** ***** ***** **** ****** ***** I will be recording ALL phone calls made to VMedia and cancelling my card immediately after cancelling services...if that's the route I end up taking here.

    Awful product, and nonexistent customer service. They were late in sending the router to start off. Their whole shtick is to bait you in with lower prices and then make it nigh impossible to cancel when its not up to par. It is literally impossible to cancel the subscription on the website as of today. You have to sift through robotic messages on their customer care line only to be held on waiting for over an hour to receive generic responses and make you wait longer. ***** **** ** ** *** *** ** **** ** ** ******** ** ****. Their service-the internet deteriorated mid July. Super slow. I made an attempt to cancel there but it takes very long. August came around and my service was suspended yet they e-mail me saying I need to pay for that. I moved early August. It is now October and I've received an e-mail from a collector agency regarding a debt from VMedia. I owe them maybe 25$ for one of their ******* routers I didn't care enough to wrap and send back. They upwards of 125$. Not to mention its hard to even communicate with their level of English. I was patient through out the calls, i'm only losing my mind now because they sent this unreasonable debt to be collected. I owe them 25$ for a ******* router at best, I'm not even at that same address they're so out of touch. **** ***** *** **** *** ***** ******** ** **** ****** ***** ******** ******* ** **** ** *********

Always looked out. They gave me a new password tonight. and still no service.     Very horrible service, the internet always goes out and they do not accomodate to your inconvenience and are very **** about it over the phone or online.

    After my internet was out all morning and me rebooting it several times. When their technical support finally opened at 10:00 a.m. I called them to inform them of the issue where they called me a liar and told me that the issue I'm having is with my equipment and not their service. After several attempts to reboot my system again, they finally escalated my ticket which took a couple of hours for a response and then they finally called me back after several hours after that,to inform me that yes ****** is down and it is not my products but them. Then the customer service manager calls me after I requested a manager call back to take my complaint and when I told him the issues he called me a liar again, and I was told that this is the first complaint even though I've been complaining over a year with issues about my internet.

    They said my internet hook up was conformed for today and then tell me it was not confirmed and stated it may ,,,,, May!! Be in the next 48 hrs. The customer service is awful and have no knowledge about hook ups. ** *** *** **** ** ** * ***** ** *******

    I notified them by email and chat to cancel service. They refused to accept cancellation requests except by phone (I signed up online and never had to call to set up the service). I eventually got through on the phone and told them to cancel, but they kept billing my credit card. I got my CC company to block future charges. I never heard from Vmedia after that. Now I found out there is a collection notice for $124 on my credit bureau file.

    You have to pay your bill ahead of the service.
    When you cancel and pay the balance of your bill, they will inundate with collection calls for a bill that has been paid. It is the only time they will offer you a deal. They said I had 2 accounts, which should be investigated. They sent me an equipment shipping label with the wrong address on it. They wanted me to go back to the post office with a different shipping label, and I had already given them the confirmation number from ****** ****.
    They said I had to call **** to cancel it, even though they were able to call them to connect it….?
    They said I live on *** ******, I have never lived on that street. And they tried to get me to pay my again.
    This company needs investigating.
    I have been without service now for 4 days, and have no security for my home. They kept apologizing, but there comes a time when ‘Sorry’ doesn’t cut it, even with a Canadian.

    Please, Send them in for investigation.
