      My story started 3 years ago, when I purchased ** Profile Range Appliance. During the first week of usage, we've realized some issues with oven and scratches at back of the range. I called Bhaget (sales person) at the Mississauga store, he said I will replace it for you, and he did. However, the second one was worse than the first, and Bhaget directed me the warranty company, and for 3 years my wife and I suffered trying trying to find a solution to our problems. Finally, the warranty company gave up, and gave us store credit for the range, but unfortunately we've had to buy a new range from Appliance Canada, which we did and our new appliance top class "** **** range" was delivered on Dec. 18, 2023. And again, during the first week we faced same or similar issues, I called, txt, and emailed Bhaget, he answered NO return, we can't take it back. Once the appliance delivered we take NO responsibility, you've to contact customer service and the manufacturer. Also, I spoke with the store manager Hasan, and he was worse than Bhaget, simply his conversation meant "He Does Not Care about any client or the client's actions to write review or otherwise" in other words Mr. / Ms. client "GO TO HELL". Now we're stuck with a malfunction appliance, and maybe we've to try to fix it through the warranty we've bought through them. My guesses, they sell refurbish appliances and charge for net new ones. Please save your money, energy and argument and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM APPLIANCE CANADA.

      I ordered a washer and dryer pair from your Vega Store on November 8th 2022. When I ordered the washer and dryer pair (** **** and ********), I told Zul (sales rep) I need them for Feb 24, 2023 for my new build. Sales Rep assured me that shouldn’t be an issue. We agreed on a price and the order was placed and paid in full on the spot.
      Come the second week or February and I confirm with sales rep the order. The dryer (********) was not in stock but the washer was in, and he advised me to take it. So I took delivery of the washer. Now, the dryer was pushed back to mid March and sales rep told me to wait. After many phone calls back and forth with sales rep , I come to find out the new expected date for the dryer is now End of April, with no guarantees it’s going to come. I was in talks with sales rep about options, because it’ll be almost six months since the order was placed and no guarantees I’d get a dryer and I have to go to my parents house to do laundry every week.
      Getting a hold of sales rep has been a challenge. My repeated phone calls and emails most times go unanswered and I’ve had to resort to leave work multiple times and show up to the store to talk him. It felt like he was avoiding me ***** *** **** **************.
      Since I took delivery of the washer, on their advice, the sales rep and manager's only solution was for me to accept an open box dryer or cancel my order and pick up the washer that I’ve had for a month now and now I have to pay for uninstall and pay for new hoses for a new washer +re-install. I do not accept taking an open box dryer especially when I paid for a new one 5 months ago. Due to this inconvenience of having to cancel my order, I have missed on various opportunities of purchasing this washer/dryer combo elsewhere for a similar price. I am forced to pay an extra $500 for this pair at full price at a competitor who has them in stock.
      I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled from the start.

      It was our misfortune we got stuck with this store and in particular Victor and Marina. They were assigned delivery of our appliances and since then it was a challenge to get the work done. Victor is never available nor in store or emails or calls and we had to work with Marina. The first challenge was to get the appliances delivery which was a pain. First they changed the delivery date twice without informing us. They said we'll get a delivery message details with the time slot the day prior to delivery but nothing. I called the team the next day and told oh your delivery was rescheduled!!!!!!! and when it did get delivered the washer and dryer were missing. We had to again go through the hassle of dealing with appliance Canada team to set the delivery. They have no support for appliances installation and when we got the washer dryer installed it wasn't working properly. Brand new washer is not wokring and all they can say is it's a whirlpool issue and someone from thier team would help you. Never again going to appliance Canada. **** ******** ******* *** **** **** ******

      We ordered appliances almost 20 months ago and moved in to our new home 7 months back but still we haven't received all major kitchen appliances. Just today we got one more appliance and when we ask for other remaining items then we been told that it still back order but when we check with delivery guys they said they have few **** *** oven with same model but its for some other customers. It's clear that they intentionally giving preference to their preferred customers...not who paid first and waiting for years.
      We living in new built home without microwave oven since last 7 months....Credit goes to "APPLIANCE CANADA" and their partiality with customers who give them a business.
