      I bought some exercise equipment from them online and the advertised price was $148 plus tax. The order was confirmed and I had to pick it up in the store in ******* of which I had a friend do it. When he arrived the person in the store decided to add $50 to the price. The person who he picked it up from was the owner, **** ******. He responded by saying the online order doesn&#**;t reflect the true price. I think this is unfair and he didn&#**;t honor the online price nor was there any indication online about this. I would like to be refunded for this to my friend who used his credit card.

      I purchased a recumbent bike a few months back from fitness depot Ancaster. I have purchased 6000 dollars total. The recumbent bike was just over 1000 dollars plus delivery. The bike has never worked properly. The tensioner has never functioned properly and the bottoms dont work as well as the heart rate monitor. I have spoken to ****** on a few occasions and all I got in response was to wet your hands. Needless to say even after i purchased the bike I recently purchased another list of products which were delivered and setup by myself and one of the guys I paid to set it up as the other guy left to another job. The guy ended up putting a hole in my drywall the moment I stopped helping him set up my 300 pound power rack. I am disappointed that I now have to repair my wall on top of having to help out when I paid for a service I didnt get. And then a hole in my wall. So I was offered from fitness depot Ancaster (******) to have a technician come out which I pay for when she cant tell me for certain that the bike can be repaired to what I already paid her for. I called today to offer a proposal to her. They are not calling me back. I want to upgrade to something that works properly and I will pay the difference and the delivery guy who put a hole in my wall can pick the other one up and drop off the new one. In a perfect world. If someone can contact me greatly appreciated. ***** **********

      I decided to purchase a bar from ******** ****** as their warranty reassured me that if I had any issues with it, it would be taken care of for me. (I have heard of other people having quality issues with their equipment from ******** ******). And sure enough, it broke withing the first week of using it. I reached out to let them know it was defective and asked for a replacement bar to be sent or for my money back (as the bar was still under the 1 year warranty) they informed me that I had to drive hours away to bring the bar to a warehouse and have them repair my defective bar. I had been dealing with this issue with them for months since the bar was delivered. When I informed them I am unable to make the delivery of the broken bar to their warehouse and asked if they could pick it up, send a new one, or at least refund me for the broken bar, the response was no... not a single person I spoke to was willing to work with me to help solve this issue.
