      The first technician from this company told me that "the noise is in my head" and that he will not fix anything because than I "might think something is wrong with the fridge". The second person disconnected the fridge, let it disconnected for 10 minutes than left. Somebody cancelled my THREE new requests for service. I was also lied to. They told me that they made a request to GE to repair the compressor. GE has no such request. The technicians didn't do anything to fix the problem. Now I have to disconnect the fridge from the electricity during daytime let it run only during nights because of the terrible noise. The refrigerator has very loud noise since it was delivered. It is not the fan, it is a loud grinding noise. I made a recording about the noise which is not normal for a less than a month old fridge and sent it to GE and this company by email. It is a disgrace to deny to fix my one month old fridge.
