      I arranged a to make up for one missed payment for January 15, 2023. Instead they took the money out of my account on Dec 22, 2022 and destroyed my Christmas - can't afford transportation to visit my again mother on Xmas day. Plus, i got an overdraft penalty. When I call Money Mart, I just get the runaround - they have this call (in which Jan 15 was decided upon) recorded but when I call to clear the matter up, I get disconnected ** ********* ******* ******* ** *** ***** **********.

      Also, before this debacle, I've had Money Mart employees harassing me several times a day, claiming bogus missed payments. I phone back, point out that said payment was cleared, they say they've made a note on my file, but the calls start up again. ***** ******** ************ ****** ** ****** *** **** ***** ***** **** **** **** *** ******** ****************** **** ****** ******* *** *****

      I applied for a loan November 25th 2022, and got approved. There was an error asking for a direct deposit, so I choice etransfer. I was surprised to see the following afternoon that I was "funded", I reached out to customer service who said I would be getting an email transfer in the next couple hours. I never got anything. To sum this up, in the course of over 3 weeks, I have talked to easily 15-17 people, I have recieved ******** inconsistent answers. "Your loan will be in your account in 24 hours", "Your loan will be in your account in 48 hours". After I realized this wasn't happening, I was told to email CS with my bank statement to show I never got anything. This was 3 weeks ago. I have heard nothing, no update, no anything. My first payment for this loan is due at the end of the month, which I am afraid I am just being waited out. I was told by 3 different people I'd hear something in "24 hours" but I didn't, so now I am here. It is ******** concerning that it is taking almost a month to find out what went wrong on their end, but I need answers, not "it's being investigated, and we will get back soon" I do not believe that at all.

      Hi I keep getting calls from money mart .someone took out a loan and used my phone number .I explained to them months ago that I am not the individual who took the loan they gabe the wrong number . It stops for a bit then continues 2 to 3 calls a day .I've done everything on my part so now I am making a formal complaint. **** ** ******** **********

      Hello I speaked with money marts technicians last Friday. And explained my situation. They told me that they were forwarding it to their supervisors .I am still getting non stop calls from this money mart .  I even told them again last Friday that I am not thus individual. Now collections is calling me as well because of these people ,that I explained to months ago that I'm not this individual

      I got a loan from my bank to pay out my Money Mart installment loan. $9382.46 was paid on Nov 23/22 and I sent them a screen shot. This is actually an over payment because as of Nov 23 before the payment happened, I owed Money Mart $9314.49. I have tried a couple of times and Money Mart will not acknowledge this payment or tell me when they expect this to be resolved. I will not be paying double payment on my loan - one to the bank and one to Money Mart when Money Mart has been more than completely paid. I cannot afford that and it is not legal. I will file a police report if it comes to that.

      I paid my instalment loan and asked for a pay off letter
      What I received had a wrong account number and date stated as 11/14/1999
      I called back again and asked for the correct one and I received email today morning stating please find attached letter and there was nothing attached in the email

      I had a debt with National Money Mart. National Money Mart elected to sell said debt to two collection agencies, **** and ***. Both collection agencies are pursuing the same debt and reporting the debt to ******* and **********. I have reached out to **** and *** who neither will assist, rather they continue to demand payment and point at National Money Mart. I've reached out to National Money Mart who has given me nothing but the run around and will correct the reportings saying it's out of their hands.

      I loss my job on October 11, 2022. I talk with moneymart by phone, and explain this, and i cant pay until ** is active.(I have a Loan with Moneymart)
      Next week, Money mart charge me in my Bank account(bank 1) the amount, inclusive when i already said i dont have money (Bank charge me NSF Fee and NSF Return fee $53cad).
      On October 31, 2022, Money mart charge me the same amount but in my other bank account (bank 2), and my other account is empty too (Bank charge me NSF Fee and NSF Return fee $53cad).
      Previous to this, somebody call me on October 31, 2022 at 2:53pm from ###-###-#### from Moneymart, said something, and later hang up the phone (36 seconds call).

      In short, moneymart tries to get the money no matter what, regardless of what I have told them that I lost my job, and regardless of their behavior, I already lost $106cad, only bank taxes!!

      After approximately 1 years time this past year 2022 of using the services offerd at Money Mart.I always went in person to the two locations in Welland Ontario'on Niagara street and the other one on Lincoln street.I used their service for payday loans and sometimes I would cash a check their as well.I became a known regular customer after borrowing and paying back my loans over and over again till the last time I visited.I went in to get a small payday loan for $300.00
      And I had not long ago just payed in full a payday loan that i will admit i payed late but i had just made sure on my last visit I specified i had money at that time to pay my debt owing so i gave her the exact amount to make sure i payed off my last payday loan in full so the next time i came in I was able to use the payday loan service with no money owing that is what i understood.but the lady working said that i had an outstanding past debt all of a sudden that was showing up on her computer from many many years ago that i had no idea till this point i even had this past debt .I let her know i have been using the service on a regular basis all year long dwith no issues .and now im told about a debt that appears from the past and i can't borrow anymore till I pay it off?I was upset because the last time I came into pay my last loan off i stated i had money more then enough because i had $4000.00 from my tax return and i would have payed it then but it was not mentioned that day i payed off my most rescent pay day loan.Anyway I definately feel something strange was going on. I was told that the girl that i had often felt with which was always very nice and good at her job .no customers i seen her helping ever complained about was fired .That's what this new lady with the manager their told me that last day.i apologise i dont have names or dates in this message..but i hope somebody can please look into this complaint...

      On July 7th of 2021, my credit should no longer show the hard inquiry from my installment loan as it has been more than 2 years.

      I remember being somewhat concerned about doing an installment loan but I remember one of the times I was offered being told it only stayed on my repott for 2 years.

      * ** ** **** *********** my issues are regarding I tried to apply for mortgage with *** in 2021 November and was flagged by Money Mart. I have had no businesses with Money mart. They said I borrowed $1000 in 2018, in British Columbia Salmon arm. Money Mart send me document of the signature and it was not mine. This person used a stolen Identity and used an expired drivers license and the money mart approved with out my consent and signature. I have emailed to Money mart and send all documents regarding this fraud. My *** advisor requested me to get a letter from Money mart stating that this collection against me is false. They have not been forthcoming and I have present this document to money mart. I also filed with police as well.
      I recently email Richard R., and have not heard any solution or resolve of this issue since November 2021.
      All i need to settle this issue are letter of apology and letter that I was not at fault for my *** bank Mortgage broker. I have been renting our home we wanted to buy since 2021 November

      I lived in * ******* *****, Bluffton Alberta *** *** with my parents as I was caretaking my mother with dementia. I am also married to Katarzyna Braun and we have a son. We married in 2015 in Alberta Red deer.
      My wife is also Deaf as well.
