    I have purchased heating system products and services from Provincial Smart Home Services for $30,000, and they promised to apply the ******** rebate. During the discussion, one of their agents visited my home and said that my home is eligible for an $8,000 rebate. He also added that, once installation is completed, they will arrange the post - inspection and subsequently submit the rebate application.

    After the installation , I asked them to include the rebate amount in the invoice, but they convinced me , along with the financier ( ********* ) , to sign the invoice. After the installation , they did not inspect the installed equipments at my home . Since then I keep following up with Provincial smart home services for my rebate application, till today it is not processed.

    Meanwhile , I found out that they sold me a heat pump and boiler at a very high market price . They also failed to complete the air insulation work in Attic as agreed but still charged $ 3,000 for the air insulation works. **** * ******** * *** ******* ** ********** ***** **** ******** * I took up the issue with *********. * **** ********** **** ********** ***** **** ******** *** ******** ** *** ******* ******** ****** **** ** ***** **** * ******** ********** ** * *********** ************ *** **** *********** *** ******** *** *****

    Here’s what happened:

    1. ********* Contract Signing: Representatives from Provincial Smart Home Services, specifically a man named **Christian B******, convinced my elderly mother to enter into a contract for heating and cooling services. They assured her the rate would be lower and presented what seemed to be a cost-effective solution.

    2. Double Payments Setup: ** **** ** ***** ******* they instructed my mother to pay Provincial Smart Home Services monthly while claiming that another company, *****, would reimburse her to avoid making double payments.

    3. Unreachable Representative and Company Issues:
    - Christian B**** is now completely unreachable.
    - The contact number for Provincial Smart Home Services is no longer in service.
    - My mother is left paying two separate companies for the same service without receiving the promised reimbursement from *****.

    4. Lack of Response from *****:
    - Since August, I have sent ***** the requested statements and documentation to resolve this matter, but I have **received no response**.

    Last year November 2023 I was contacted by their sales rep. She sold me furnace, heat pump and water heater. These equipments were supposed to lower my bill but it did not. My bill is moved from $72 to $200 by weekly. Now I can’t reach them, their numbers don’t work. **** **** ****** ** ** ** **** **** **** * *** **** ** ** ******** ** *** **** ******* *** *********** They didn’t pay my buyout bill which was part of the agreement and never got any check for the rebate. *** *** ** *** ***** How do we even get in touch with this company?     We signed up with Provincial Home almost 2 years ago. We were promised a rebate from the government for having the attic re-insulated, we are paying so much more interest than they told us. It was a loan, not financing like we were told. The price ends up being significantly higher than what was told to us. We have called the company many times with no response and promises that someone would contact us. We have still not gotten a call back from this company.

    A couple of years ago we signed up with Provincial Smart home Services.
    Now it seems that the company has closed and yet we still have a monthly payment for their services. I want to close the account and try to recover any payments that were sent.

    Hello
    I have issue with thermostat from Day 1 we have installed the equipment with PSH
    They told me my gas would come down but my thermostat keep running and I am still paying the same amount that I use to pay in the past
    Technician tried to fix it but problem is still the same
    I just tried to reach out to the customer service but none of phone number is working

    I bought this house in 2024. The house has a water softener and tankless water heater supplied and installed by this business. The previous owner told me they were installed in 2023 with a ten-year warranty. I tried many times to contact this business and to ask them for a maintenance appointment but couldn't reach them by phone.     I have purchased ( Contract ) with Provincial Smart Home for Furnace, Heating & Cooling ( Parts & Labor both covered ) along with Tankless Heater in Feb 2023 ,
    I had no issues so far but when i had an issue regarding Heating & Hot water is not upto the mark , i have called them up on October 1st week & spoke to ****** ( answers the phone behalf of Provincial Smart Home ) & mentioned Technician will come in 2 days to get it fixed.
    I have called & left number of voice mails also email are sent but no answer from them .
    If they dont provide services what kind of contract is that , where i am paying every month .
    Also i have spoken to ********* ( Third party who takes money behalf of Provincial Smart Home ) .
    I have explained to them and they said IF you break the CONTRACT it will affect to my credit .

    I didn’t know that this was a loan. I thought it was just paying 81,80 biweekly and didn’t explain it right anyway they haven’t given me a duck cleaning that they promised free and they did pay my ******** bill except for the last bill of $197..18. . $32,000 to do what they did and this is what they did same old Furnace that I had before ******* air Conditioner, new water tank tankless 20 inches of insulation the sealer and I don’t think this is worth $32,000.

    I purchased a heat pump system from Provincial Smart homes and it's not working now and I can not get through to them by phone or email for service which is included in my contract.
