      My domain renewal lapsed, and I've been trying to get it renewed through them. The moment it expired, I submitted a request on their website to renew the domain (Oct. 1). I did not get any confirmation email from them that they received the request or had begun to process the renewal. On Oct. 3, I created a support ticket asking for confirmation, and I also created a ticket to get my account password reset because I've been unable to log into my dashboard. There has been no response on any of my tickets asking for help or even a confirmation message that the renewal is processing. Today (Oct. 4), I tried calling their support line. Every option on their automated system simply tells you to email them to create a ticket. One of the options gives details for how to reach them in an emergency by emailing a request to *********@******.com and providing a callback number. They promise that this will lead to a "phone call within 15 minutes". I followed their process and haven't received a call all day. My website and email have been down this entire week, and I still can't get a hold of them. At this point, I simply want to transfer my domain to another registrar because of how ******** their system is and how much it relies on support tickets that never get answered. But the only way to do the transfer is through a support ticket. It's clear other customers are facing similar struggles. ** ***** ******** *** ******* ****** *** **** ** ********** ********** *** even the social icons in the footer aren't linked to anything, ********** ******* **** ***** **** ** *** ******** ****** I am desperately trying to get my business website up and running, and I've submitted my billing information for the renewal, but it's just taking way too long to get any kind of response from them.
