      I think they are out of business. Was a customer for 14 years and now the web site is not letting me get in contact with anyone...

      I was a Canaca customer for more than 15 years and was happy with the service they provided when I occasionally needed it. Beginning 3 months ago the site was down periodically and then 2 weeks ago fully. I exchanged over 20 emails with their technical staff and they were dismissive of the problem telling me it was not a Canaca issue, rather my ISP or a cache issue. But then people who depend on my site began to ask where it had gone. I've now switched the website and domain to another host and the site is functioning normally. ** ***********

      trying to renew my domain for the past three months. constant failure to get it renewed. Consider these guys to be out of business.

      Has been over a week of trying to contact customer service and getting a reply from customer service. My business website and email service is "down" for a week with no email update notice as to why from Canaca. Have tried several contact / support methods. - no reply. My billing is up to date. Appears others have had the same issues according other online reviews. Very poor customer service.
