  I waited 7 years tostart the process offetting a pardon. Due to lissof employment icould not finish the payments. Back in February or so i received an email from Mario stating the status of my application and if i could not pay the rest of what i owed they would have to shred the documents and i would have to restart everything. I managed to pay the balance and Mario helped with the process. Yesterday I received am email from the parole board stating my pardon was granted. I just happened to come accross this company and recommend them. Thank you Mario for your help in this ******

  Was considering getting a pardon because it's been 5 years since my last charge, so called fed pardon waiver and got a nice man on the phone who assured me that I was eligible because it's been 5 years and told him all the charges etc he said shouldn't be a problem, upon all that he told me he was need payment so I agreed and was told I would be paying 218 dollars monthly and was glad I wasn't paying the whole amount in full, 6 months pass by and they took their payments off my credit card, everytime I called I got someone different never spoke to the nice man that said I could call or email whenever I wanted to know about the progress or details etc, instead I got the same lady on every extension that was extremely **** and ********** and didn't seem to care about whatever I was calling about. So in March called to check the progress after they took the March payment and she said I was ineligible and that there was no refunds, mind you I paid 2100 dollars and they are only telling me now I'm ineligible lol so I wouldn't be eligible for another 8 years she suggested I keep paying I said no she agreed she would put a stop payment on the account so I wouldn't be charged going forward , so called again few weeks later to make sure the payment wasn't coming out in April and she responds very ****** , looks like we've already had this discussion back in March and there is a hold payment on the account. But yet April 14th I get a charge on my credit card from them again without my consent. Now I need to file a dispute with my credit bureau. 2200 dollars later and no service provided, no refund of any of the funds and now have to go through my bank to get the last payment back. Thanks federal pardon waiver services. ****

  **** *** *** ******** It’s been 3 years dealing with them, and a year since any one would respond. I can’t get anyone to respond. They took 2000. 00 US dollars and now won’t even respond. ** *** ** ******** **** ***** ******* ******

  It was a long process, but all my anxiety was relieved by the reassurance and competence of both Marshall Walker and his colleague Mario. It was purely by chance that I chose your company ,because I did not know how to go about getting a pardon; so I ******* 'pardons', and Federal Pardons and Waivers came up.
