    If you phone the client service number that lady gives you all the wrong information.
    If you plan on paying in payments with a credit card check every payment that it goes through or they will run out the clock on your criminal record check I think it was 15 months when applying for the waiver. They were the ones who put a stop payment on there end. Once that is stopped so is everything else. I was minutes away from this situation and they even canceled on me. My first suggestion is get your passport first before you start, A person there was trying to say I needed a passport to hand in the waiver application ***** ** ******** *** to save any extreme grief get the passport first. Then proceed. The intake person that sets you up with payments or payment once he is done with that he is done, forget he exists. It is now someone else. * *** ** ******** **** **** ***** *** ***** ***** ***** ****** * *** *** **** ****** ** *** ***** Overall they got the job done in three years. Pack some patients. **** *** ****** ********** ** ******** ** ***** **** **** *** * **** **** **** * ****** **** **** *** **** ***** ** ** ****** ****** ** ***** ** ****** **** ** **** *** ** **** **** **** *** ***** ****** ********* I would ask for a full bill of all charges being charged and have that signed as the guarantee price. They are for real and you can trust that they say who they are. They are for real and they are not fake.

    For me it was very tough dealing with my situation as I needed if for my employment and advancement into my daily life for myself and my family. This process was extremely long and involved a lot of follow up as it did take place during the peak of COVID closures.     I had almost given up until I spoke to Jamie from Federal Pardons and Waivers. For years I had dealt with costly lawyers to no avail, but Jamie, so to say, led me by the hand through the process and helped me at every turn.

    Finally, I can visit my family in the US and accompany my wife on vacations south. This has changed my life.
