    Sunwave solar has signed a solar panel installation contract with myself in March 2022, they have fallen behind agreed upon timelines for installation. As part of the contract i paid $3500 11 days after the contract was signed & $18,800 on Aug 1st through bank draft after I was told by my sales person in early August that the engineering study was complete and the approvals from ****** ***** were in and they needed the further deposit to proceed with the installation. I have since been told by my salesperson that he is no longer with the company. The company is not responsive. I obtained the phone # of the CEO ******** ******* * ************* from my sales rep - , who is not picking up his phone.

    We received a quote for a solar installation in March of 2022. We agreed to have to solar installed, and put a deposit of $350 to be returned once the solar panels were installed. The solar panels were installed at the end of June 2022. We have been trying to contact them weekly about getting our deposit back, but all phone calls to our rep have gone unanswered, and the 1-800 number only asks for an extension (which was never provided), and never connects. We have tried contacting the company that installed the panels, but they have no answer. As well as people that previously worked for them. We would like to have our deposit refunded, else we will need to claim it on insurance or go through small claims.
