      On May 11 2023, A representative from Canadian Pproperty Stars was at my home. He came to do the spring lawn aeration that I had prepaid. The representatives name was *********************. He proposed the company would do a driveway sealing at the cost of $195.00. I signed a contract and paid with Mastercard. The payment came out of my account on the 23 May ****** phoned the company on three different occasions to find out when the work would be completed. I was never given a date. On the 27 Aug 2023 I sent them a letter requesting a full refund for the service I did not receive. To this date I have not received any any communication from them.

      April 30, 2023 I paid ****** from my credit card for the driveway sealing service and they never came back to do the work

      I purchased "early bird" driveway sealing from Canadian Property Stars on 18. May 2023. Nearly 2 months passed and I had not heard back about a scheduled date. I made multiple attempts to contact Canadian Property Stars to inquire. At first, they had no record of my transaction. Then the responded that somebody would contact me when they're in the area. Then, without any communication, they sealed my driveway on July 15 or 16, preventing me from removing the car from my driveway or allowing me to clean the driveway in advance.Additionally, driveway sealant was applied to my garage door and an inadequate attempt was made to clean it. I now have a stained garage door.I have made multiple attempts to contact Canadian Property Stars (18. July, 11. August via email + phone calls). They have not returned my phone calls or emails. They have not offered to correct the damage to my garage door. They haven't even acknowledged the incident.

      Had window washing performed on September 13th by *********************. He did a horrible job and windows are now streaked and the front upstairs bedroom window wasnt even washed. Will have to have someone come and do a proper job.

      On Sunday July 30, they came & sealed our driveway with ash fault and ruined all the *********** won't clean off AND they didn't properly fill two areas and now **** is coming off my driveway every time it gets wet. I have documented the number of times I've called for them to come repair, no one comes. I have them on my camera accepting $275 CASH and no one comes. I will be posting public reviews soon, and reporting this in small claims court. I have already discussed with ******** police *****

      I am rejecting this response because: I do not trust they will come back - I have made numerous phone calls with empty promises.  They float around ******** constantly (I've gotten phone calls from friends asking if this was the same guys who ruined my driveway).  I have never gotten a date which I asked for a deadline & have been dealing with not only these stains but also potholes that have not been filled properly with the asphalt since they were here on July 29,2023.  I have video footage as well.  Your system doesn't accept the photos or video.

      Unless I get a firm date of when they will be here to fix this I do not accept this.  And only once it's fixed will I believe it.  These guys are scam artists.

      I paid $90 in May 2022 to have my lawn aerated.I received an email the day I paid that I would get an email notification ***** hours prior to the service date In December of 2022 after numerous attempts to contact Property Stars I finally received a response saying that the payment from 2022 would be credited for 2023 It is now August 12, ****************************************************************** May of 2022

      March 11, 2023 while aerating our lawn a Canadian Property Stars employee hit my new car. He admitted blame immediately. He called his supervisor who assured my husband that they would take care of the repairs. We just needed to send pictures etc.. We sent pictures, we called, we left messages. After receiving no response we finally went through insurance to get the repairs done. We had to pay the $300 deductible. We now need Canadian Property Stars to follow through and reach out the our insurance company and admit blame so that we can get our $300 back. I know the insurance company has reached out to them, we've continued to reach out to them,

      Had driveway sealed but there is a problem with areas where cracks were filled. The sealer was put on before the crack filler had a chance to dry. I’m trying to contact company to come back to seal just those areas. Cannot get anyone to return my call.

When I did get through, I did leave more than one message and my wife emailed them. It is obvious this issue has become “he said, she said” and there is no chance of any progress.       They came to my door last year to do core aeration for my lawn, they've collected my info and called me in February for a "Spring Sale" of $65's. I agreed to the term. Moving forward, they called me last Saturday stating they will have my lawn done on Sunday. I explained I was not home and the back gate is unlocked for them. The operator took notes and said it won't be a problem.I come home Monday, the front lawn is done but the backyard is not. I've sent several emails & attempted to call the operator who I spoke to on Saturday. I have not gotten a reply via email or a call back after several messages. I even attempted to contacted "Head of ********************************** as they wrote me an email regarding the core aeration will be coming Sunday.I'm very frustrated with their service, as there is a LACK of communication with their clients. I am very unimpressed with their business and I would not recommend using there services.All I want is my backyard to be aerated.

      Either refund me or finish the desired job.

      Going through cancer treatment. Did not feel well enough to get yard work completed this year. Canadian Property Stars came by and I hired to power rake and do lawn treatment. No one has shown up and will not return calls or complete the service. I am a senior and on disability and I cannot afford to pay another company to do the work Canadian Property Stars has been paid to complete. Please help
