Terrible Sales Practice. They advertised a vehicle on their site and other sites. We drove up to look and the price was doubled. Apparently there was a story about a system glitch. While we were there, the price was updated twice. Not recommended.

Dishonest and unethical. After a test drive and negotiations we had a text agreement, they had me show up with a $30,000 Bank Draft, when I questioned safety issues my Mechanic pointed out, they said the vehicle is unsafe and cant be sold ! Had I not taken to my mechanic they would have sold be an unsafe vehicle! This vehicle was advertised and available for test rides to the public, further the picture in the add was not the exact vehicle being sold !****

Would rate this dealership less than a 1 star if I could. I agree with all the reviews made. They wouldnt let me purchase a $20,000 vehicle without $11,000 extended warranty for rust prevention and key fob loss. The manager was arguing with me when I told him I couldnt afford the warranties. He was telling me I dont understand the market and why they charge these extra fees. Told me good luck finding a dealership that doesnt make these fees mandatory. Well, I found plenty. They all told me they were optional if in my price range. They contacted me today to let me know that they will waive some of the fees if I come back. This experience has made me never want to purchase a Hyundai again. Awful salespeople.
