    Not happy at all. We filed with her and paid her over 500.00 and she never e-filed our returns. I've called 3x to confirm she has now sent them and we already incurred late fee charge. Just ridiculous.

    ******** ** *** *** ***** ***** *********** You will give her all your information in a timely manner. You will call, email and text her for an update. You will get no reply for weeks. Once you finally get a reply, you will get excuse after excuse as to why she didn’t get back to you. She will tell you that everything is filed only to find out that it was filed late (resulting in YOU having to pay a late penalty) or ‘in progress’. The ‘in progress’ or ‘almost done’ answer will surely result in your taxes not being filed at all (again, resulting in you having to pay a late penalty). *** **** **** ** ****** *** ******* ***** **** ******** *** ****** *** **** ******* **** *** *** ****
