    I have turned off my electric heating unit at beginning of the month as well have minimized any other hydro uses to my ability, and my estimated charge for next bill states that it will still be over $200. Last year with our third party metering system, *****, was in range of only 70-80 dollars a month. The difference in price seems like *********. This is completely unreasonable. Along with many other owners in the building experiencing the same affects, we would like a deep dive explanation. Otherwise we will need to configure a plan of action collectively.

    This complaint is unfounded. Metering and billing practices were carried out in accordance with operating policies and procedures.

    They were billing me from the 1st of the month to the end of the month for utilities at a condo from May 2023 until August 2023. For the month of September they billed me from September 1st to September 12th with no explanation given. Then they billed me again from September 12th to September 14th which was the closing date I sold the condo. They sent me the bill months later, after they already knew I sold the condo and moved across the country. I believe they billed me twice so they could charge the delivery fee, regulatory charges and administration fee twice each for one month.
