  Most responsive utility company I have every dealt with. The staff were excellent, responded to my questions quickly and helped me source data to get answers to my utility questions. They also went above and beyond to help me figure out where my leak was and how to fix it. Saved me a call to a plumber. Really appreciate their help.

  Of concern to me is the fact that this business does not have a business location. The address takes you to a post office in Guelph. It concerns me to give my personal information to a copy without a physical location.

  Clean Cut Energy is a local Canadian business based in Guelph Ontario. We operate a distributed office format where many employees maintain offices in their homes and are able to deliver the high quality services our customers have come to expect in a decentralized manner. This distributed office format was a bi-product of changes we made during the pandemic and we are proud to say it has served us well and helped us operate much more efficiently than we did when we had a central office. Unfortunately this review was posted before the customer made any attempts to contact us directly which is very disappointing. Once we were notified of this review a manager promptly tracked down the new customer and assisted them with setting up their new account and getting their services online. During the phone conversation the customer was apologetic about not reaching out to us first on this matter. Clean Cut Energy takes these comments seriously and encourages customers to contact our offices directly to discuss any concerns they may have.

  Yes they are a “distributed office”. They did contact me to assure me the business is legitimate. They wanted me to remove my comment. I stated that they probably are a legitimate business and they probably do metering for other condo corps. My comment was still correct. They have no physical location. They have a PO Box and people work virtually from their homes. I guess it is a sign of the times. I have noticed that my review was removed.
