    My experience with Emily was extremely stressful. She did not honour the package that I purchased for $10k. In addition the timelines were so off that I lost 6 months of anticipated sales. I paid her an additional $5k for materials to renovate my shop and I can only account for about $2500 of that. Items she said she purchased and showed me pictures of, never materialised. The contractors were not paid for weeks even though she had the money from me. And they were not paid $400 for a fixture that I ended up paying for and Emily insisted she had paid for. I thought I was hiring a company to help alleviate my stress and take care of this project all the way through. But I was sold empty promises. Any systems were only because of Katie leading the project early on. When she left and I was not informed, I was basically running the show. With Emily being non-responsive for weeks at a time and twisting words and not being truthful.
