    Terrible customer service, ** **********, tried to cancel product after father moved into assisted living. **** ******** him into signing a 48 month program which he said he has no recollection off!!
    **** ***** ***** if we don’t pay for the full term they threaten collection agencies!

    We understand that transitioning a loved one into assisted living is a deeply emotional time, and managing service contracts during that period can be overwhelming. Please know that at Pulse Alert Canada, we never take lightly the responsibility of serving seniors and their families.
    Regarding the agreement your father entered: we strive to ensure that all our customers understand the service terms before proceeding, including the length of the protection plan. That said, if your father felt unclear or did not fully recall entering into a longer-term commitment, that is something we take seriously. Our team is always willing to review individual cases with care, especially when circumstances change.
    We sincerely regret if our communication at the time came across as rigid or lacking in compassion. Our policies have since evolved to better support families during times of transition, and we continue to improve based on the valuable feedback from families like yours.

    OCT 24/22 ORDERED PULSE ALERT SYSTEM. IT WAS SENT FROM CO ON OCT. 26/22. I PAID FOR SHIPPING OF $28.25. I WANTED TO SEE IT FIRST BEFORE COMMITTING TO 59.99 MONTH
    I DID NOT CARE FOR THE BULKINESS OF THE PENDANT AND IN GOOD FAITH SENT IT BACK TO HAMILTON. FAST FORWARD: MARCH 15TH, 2023 THEY CONTACTED ME SAYING THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT. HOW MANY PEOPLE HOLD ON TO DELIVERY FROM POST OFFICE FOR OVER 5 MONTHS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHARGE ME WITHOUT A TRACKING NO. WHY WOULD I KEEP THIS ALERT SYSTEM THAT I CANNOT USE, BECAUSE IT NEEDS TO BE SET UP BY THIS COMPANY. ****** ****** ******** ******* ** ******** ** ******* THEIR WAREHOUSE MISPLACED IT OR SOMEONE IN THE WAREHOUSE SLIPPED UP WHEN LOGGING INCOMING RETURNS. **** ** * ******** *** ******* ** ** ********** *** ******* *** ****** ***** ** ***** ******* ** ********** THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE ** ******* ** ********** **** ***** ** * ******* *** *** ** ******* *** ******* **** **** ******** **** ***** ** *** *** ** *******
