  Gerry's completed our roof in record time,left no mess, gave us a great guarantee.We had at least 3 staff meeting with us making sure all was well and answered questions - not that we had many- and arranged a follow up. At the follow up they gave us a certificate for $500 which we could apply to any future work. Not because of the certificate but because of the workmanship, we have already booked them again to put in a new door

  We recently had our siding done by Gerry’s company and the finished product was great. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the place clean when they were done. We happily recommend them if you're looking for reliable, skilled siding professionals.

  Recently had our roof done. Very happy with Gerry’s. They explained every step. They finished the job in 2 days & left everything clean. They were quick to respond to my questions via email. Will probably go with Gerry’s again for other jobs **** ** *** ****** *****

  I had a complete roof replacement back in 2023. Great job from start to finish. A few weeks back I noticed some ridge caps came off. I called the office staff in the morning explaining the issue. A few hours later *** and **** (* ******* *** ***** *** *******), showed up. The issue was resolved. They were friendly and Professional. Customer service was great and I would recommend Gerry’s Roofing for your roofing needs. ******** **** *.

  ******** **** ****** **** ******* *** ** ********* **** *********** Once they made their sale there is little to no communication. They did not set a start date. Just showed up one day and just started working while I was on nights. Then left my house incomplete without eavestroughs for over a week. I had to call them to come finish the job. Sent me an incorrect bill before the work was even done expecting payment.
  Now three years later. I've contacted them about a broken malfunctioned window. They said they would look into solutions about getting it replace/fixed. Took them Two months to send out someone to look at it. I haven't heard from them since, still a month later.

  We had out gutters replaced in July or 2024.
  Gerry's Roofing was quick to reply, attentive, and very competitive with their pricing.
  The work done looks great, and their installation crew was quick, thorough, and very clean.
  We had a minor issue crop up in January of 2025.
  Again, Gerry's Roofing was there to look after matters in an incredibly timely manner.
  Their installer returned to my home within a couple of days, with 18" of snow on the ground and the roof, and fixed the minor problem.
  I would not hesitate to use Gerry's Roofing again, or recommend them to anyone looking to have similar work done.

  They Are a very disorganized company
  They seem to have an in business miscommunications they also try to pass on each problem to other people's in the company and you find out you'll be waiting for a week or two for somebody to get back to you I started a contract with them back in December at the end of December we are now March 20th and I have water still coming in my home after I gave him a $5,885 deposit which they are giving me the runaround to get my deposit back which they have already cashed and not started any work at all the first guy that came out was supposed to go up in the attic to inspect the plywood which he did not the second guy that came out was supposed to also do the same which she did not it wasn't until the work crew came to shovel off the roof for the Monday to start the work then they have said all the sheeting has to be replaced and wanted an extra $8,000 the second one was $5,000 the first one was $11,000 for the whole job so they have made mistakes and there's damage still in my home

  We would like to thank the team from Gerry’s for completing our roofing project today! Clayton, Kenny, Daniel and James were a fantastic team who did a superb job. They were extremely hard working, knowledgeable, detailed and friendly. The new roof looks fantastic.
  There were a few issues but the team resolved them in a timely fashion and all turned out well. We would definitely recommend this company. We have used them twice now.

  Timely ,excellent roof shingle replacement . Clear communication , answering all questions and concerns before and after the project .
  Even though it was a garden shed they took on this job with as much attention to detail as a home.
  A job well done by the whole team.

  Overall, a bad experience. There was an immense amount of communication towards me but none between people at the company: the foreman at my house and the project manager and the service rep didn't talk to each other at all. I had to explain some things three times to make sure everyone was on the same page.
  The original quote didn't include all the work. The first site visit from the manager added $7k of work. He insisted he did not need to look at the roof from inside. Then after two days of work my roof still leaked from a spot they already roofed over. After showing it to him from the inside he was able to identify and rectify the problem.
  There was drywall damage on the inside of my house done by our roofing crew. They patched it up on their dime, as they should. I still had to repaint the whole ceiling to hide the drywall patches though.
  It took 7 visits (and 2+ months) after the roof was laid to get the final details done. They offered to keep coming back but my house looks a lot worse in some areas because of workers' carelessness, so I said no thanks.
  Cleanup was so-so at best, we still find the occasional nail on our property.
  I used these reviews to choose Gerry's roofing. My experience definitely did not live up to the rating they have.
