    We had a total roof replacement. From start to finish it was a total team effort. The free consultation was very informative. We were assured that the job would be done to our satisfaction, and it was: 100%. There were a couple of issues that required a return visit and according to their promise that the job isn't finished until we are 100% satisfied, they kept their promise! Norm and Josh were here today and finished the project. Everyone was friendly and professional. Many thanks to Norm and Josh, Peter, Tim, Greg, the whole roofing crew (sorry I don't know all of your names), and the office staff who answer the phones who always put a smile on our face with their cheerful, warm and friendly attitude. ****** ********* ****** ******* *** *******

    I am impressed. I called this morning and a few hours later Norm showed up to troubleshoot the problem with our roof that is leaking from a prior contractor who did the work several years ago.     I was very impressed with the service from Gerry’s new owners. They answered the phone right away, no run around like some companies, and sent someone out to do my siding repair right away. It was a small job but it was very windy and I was worried the loose piece of fascia would blow off. Very professional work and I’m a very happy customer. They even sent me a thank you card for choosing them!
