    Hi,I have made a purchase of a exhaust system for my car last year exact date 11/06/2022 and I only have it on for a year and the product has already started rusting really bad there is exhaust leak and the whole system has rust i have contact them but they were just getting excuses why the warranty does not cover it but when I bought it they promised 3 year warranty on their products and on their website they advertise that they have warranty on their products but I guess thats just a way for them to make people buy their products .My order number is *********

    Customer contacted us on November 7th. He was notified that the rusting on his exhaust is not covered under the 3 year warranty.

    He was also sent a copy of the warranty information from our website clearly stating this.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    On their website on the page for the product I purchased does state clearly that they will cover any form of rust i have pictures attached, this is clearly a steal that they are doing and not keeping their word if i knew that this product wouldnt last a year i would never waist my money on this company.

    They should be embarrassed trying to cover something that is clear as day.

    It does not state anywhere on our website that rust is included in the 3 year warranty.

    It is quite clear that it does not.

    The customer purchased our entry level exhaust, and as a consumer, should look at any warranty information before buying.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    You can see by the picture provided from their website that there isnt anywhere mentioned anything about not covering rust the pictures they are providing i cant even find them on the website where I purchased the product it must be somewhere hidden from costumers for the same reason they refusing to cover the warranty.

     

    I purchased their product to last me at least the years they promised they will cover for deficiencies and not having to buy a complete different exhaust system because they make money by selling cheap products that can not least even a year without holes in exhaust and cousin me issues in my vehicle.
