    After placing an order with the shipping to be delivered within 3 days. The money was taken right away. The invoice was generated the next day with two day shipping on the invoice. After a few days of not hearing anything back, I emailed them and they said "the product was scheduled to ship today" So they held on the order until I contacted them. Customer service refused to work with me on the shipping as there was an appointment made and parts ordered would have been delivered in time with a couple days to spare. This company may have decent products but the customer service is c*** I will be boycotting their products as well at my store.

    Customer placed him order at 10:10 om on Monday night while our office was closed. As for all on line orders, payment was collected at time of order. The order was processed in our system on Tuesday morning. Our website indicates 3 days shipping, that is the transit time from our courier once the order is shipped. Our order processing time is ***** hours. We are a manufacturing facility with various warehouses that store our finished goods. We did not hold the order, it was ready to ship when he contacted us. He requested we cover overnight shipping, which we declined as the order was processed within our normal turnaround time. He asked us to cancel the order if we were not shipping overnight, which we advised him we would do. Please advise if any additional information is required. Thank you.
