      The owner of this company is an absolute bigot, he will make unprofessional comments of your appearance (sexual) then he changes dates and times, and force you to get in his schedule, then.... he starts complaining about all the things even tho we discussed everything that it was and I even told him more than it is... but he was complaining even that we have thing in containers instead of boxes as if it changed anything (they were light) so when i told him we ran out of boxes, he started yelling saying he wasn't a slave and he had the power to leave if he wanted to... that he was the one making me a favour moving me today... (even tho i booked him for Monday but he insisted today and made me rush) He is si unprofessional and believes he is untouchable and seriously doesn't respect ***** not even the people working for him.... DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!He believes that because the social assistance call him , he is untouchable and many of the reviews are truly accurate and its scary to see the city continues working with him

      ZERO STARS - Booked Easy Way *************** on May 29, 2023, with ****************** Supervisor to move my upright piano from *********, ** to *******, **. He confirmed they could move the piano based on the description of the walk-out basement and gravel incline up to the garage, they would have two people and supplies. One day's notice would be given of pickup. He was aware that it was crucial they move the piano prior to June 8, this was new owner's possession date of home. I called on June 5 to find out if they had a date and was told pick-up was scheduled for the morning of June 8. I told them **** knew that it had to be prior to June 8. This was all in two emails. They changed it to Wednesday night, June 7, and would call two hours prior to arriving. They knew I had to get a friend to meet them to give access to the house. Wednesday night, no phone call, and no one showed up. I left messages. At 9:30 am Thursday June 8, I received a call from the driver saying he was at the house. I quickly got my friend to meet him. They only sent one guy to move the piano. My friend had to scramble to get three more men to come help (Thank you ************************!). While the guys were moving the piano, the driver was sitting in the truck. My friend had to get him to come and help. I received a call at work from ************ wanting the rest of the payment. The driver was at my house in ******* again with no phone call as they promised. I told him I shouldn't have to pay the full price since we had to find help. His manager, ***** came on the phone. He blamed me for not letting them know it was a difficult move and there would be no discount. He told me I wasted their time and it was my fault his guy had to wait for the piano and wait again at my house in *******. ***** was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and not willing to listen. Very poor communication. They are NOT an HONEST company and should not be in business. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Have video and pictures!

      I hired Easy way movers to move ** from ** to ****** .. everything was perfect and the movers were very professionals . They arrived exactly at the time they promised ** when we signed the contract.Thank you **** and ****
