      My family and I booked with this company on February 23rd, 2024 to move us from Dryden, Ontario to Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. This move was confirmed for March 26th, 2024. Our closing date was scheduled for March 27th, 2024. We did ask AMJ Campbell to have an earlier pickup date due to our closing date however, they were unable to do this. On March 25th at 10:30 am AMJ Campbell called us to tell us they may or may not cancel our move due to a potential snow storm. AMJ Campbell had previously told us that if the storm was too bad they would have a back up plan to get our things out of the house on time but moved on a later date. For some reason this was no longer a viable plan as AMJ Campbell told us we'd just have to push our closing date and wait for them. Unfortunate this was not an option as the other families involved in the closing were unable to move their dates. This forced us to book a Uhaul which was hours away, somehow find a storage unit, and give away our remaining belongings that did not fit in the storage unit. We then had to load up on our own and proceed to drive to the East coast. I had to drive the Uhaul while my daughter drove our car with our 5 dogs and 2 cats. As some may know the drive to Nova Scotia is long and not one that is easily done as a solo driver. AMJ Campbell has yet to address their unprofessionalism and lack of ******* conduct. **** ****** ******* **** **** ** ** ** *** ** ************* ** **** *** ******* *** ******** ***.
