    I can't say enough good things about the incredible team at Fireplaces Unlimted! From start to finish, the service I received was nothing short of outstanding. During the first service call, ******** the technician, thoroughly inspected my gas fireplace, diagnosed the issue, and provided clear and professional recommendations. He explained that I needed a new insert as my original unit was no longer safe to use. His expertise and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. *****, who I spoke to in the office, was absolutely wonderful. She was not only helpful but also incredibly kind, making the entire process of arranging for my new Napoleon insert seamless and stress-free. Her positive attitude and prompt assistance were much appreciated. In less than two weeks, my new insert had arrived, and the Hall of Flame team made sure I would have my new fireplace installed before Christmas—a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that truly made my day! On the day of installation, ****** the technician, arrived right on time and got straight to work. He, like *******, was meticulous in protecting my home, including my rug, and he even showed patience with my curious little dog! ******* professionalism and efficiency were impressive, and his care and precision ensured the installation was flawless. The entire team went above and beyond, delivering exceptional customer service and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of fireplace services.     Today I had **** and ***** at my home to do a clean &inspection of my propain Fireplace /stove .They arrived at the scheduled time .They were very friendly, professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE. It's always an pleasant experience dealing with FIREPLACES UNLIMITED.

    I participate in the pre-paid Priority Plan. Fourth time Fireplaces Unlimited has performed the annual fireplace clean and inspection. Our service technician was ******* again and we couldn't be happier - he is thorough, efficient, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and even tolerates our rambunctious dog! As always, we feel safe and ready for our next wood-burning season knowing ******* has us cleared and good to go.

Fireplaces Unlimited provides amazing professional and friendly customer services. ***** did a great job servicing the unit and taking the time to explain additional features of the remote.     ******* and ******* came last week for our annual maintenance and sweep of our wood pellet stove. They were very friendly and professional, as always. **** at the office was on top of things, contacting me early in the year to avoid wait times and remind me of the required service for the warranty. I was given a very reasonable time frame of their arrival so I didn't have to waste my day inside waiting. 5 star company
