    I have an older model fireplace and no local businesses from which there is a pool of experience and parts. The last local team I had in here a couple of years ago left the parts and said they could fix it. I did it myself. I was not happy. Fireplaces unlimited sent a technician who knew exactly how everything worked and fit together and was a great conversationalist and explained everything as he was fixing things. I cannot recommend this company enough.

    ***** showed up at 12:30. Was finished around 1:20. Did what we requested. Gas fireplace looks like the day it was installed. Explained in detail any questions that I had. Left everything nice and tidy. I signed up for the 3 year plan which he 3xplained to me in detail.

    We have dealt with Fireplaces Unlimited for over ********************************************************* a professional, yet friendly manner. When we did have a minor fault they responded within 24 hours and had us up running within an hour. Whichever crew has attended our home they have courteous and proved knowledgeable not only about the model of pellet stove, but also the history of service calls. We thoroughly recommend this company.

    Great service as always. ******* and **** cleaned our chimney without making any mess at all. And they were quick. They obviously know what they are doing. And courteous and pleasant just like everyone we have dealt with at Fireplaces Unlimited.

    I called because of a leak. ***** arrived within about half an hour, figured out the issue very quickly and was back with a part within a few minutes. He was very pleasant and professional.
