    If I could give 0 stars I would We bought a Golden Tee machine in November of last year and it has been nothing more than a headache and a waste of money. It broke down very shortly after we bought it and as the other reviewers said, phone calls were dodged or ignored. ***** did not seem motivated at all to fix the very expensive machine we purchased from him. After resorting to almost harassing him, he finally sent his guys to pick up the machine and bring to the "repair" shop. Again weeks went by, and I finally had to drop in to see him face to face. Coincidentally, our machine was brought back to our home that night, claiming it had a faulty wifi dongle. The dongle was removed, it was explained to us that the machine was never meant to go online (which was a bald face lie, the machine has a keypad to access your online subscription).We had the machine for approximately two weeks when it failed again. Not surprisingly we were told there was no warranty, even though it was less than a year since we purchased it. And have a paper thats states a one year warranty. At this point we are dealing with the manufacturer Incredible Technologies who are bending over backwards to repair this machine and make it right. They even told us that originally when our machine broke down, a new hard drive and RAM stick was sent to Kingston Billiards, but those were never replaced in our unit. So Im guessing ***** just kept them for himself I cannot say enough negative about Kingston Billiards. They take your money and are done with you. I wouldn't recommend them to buy darts from. They would probably fly crooked, exactly how he runs his business.

    I bought a pool table from this unscrupulous business in August 2022. I was told it would play as good as a new table and paid top dollar. The table was subpar from day 1. I contacted the owner the very next day with my concerns. He has yet to resolve the problem. It's now mid-January 2023. He always has an excuse - a family problem, short-staffed, covid, etc etc. Most of the time he doesn't return my calls. He's a great salesman but he over-promises and under-delivers. When it comes to after-sales support, there is NONE. His website says "With over 42 years of experience we make sure that everything from sales to service exceeds your expectations.". That couldn't be further from the truth. Don't give this guy your business.
