    Had a new living room window installed. Since then we have slowly had multiple issues with the side windows that slide up and down. As of this summer one of the side windows falls out completely from the track (not able to open the window otherwise the whole window pane has to be removed). It has fallen on my mom's head as she tried to open it. The other side window pane does not stay open. When it is push up it slides right back down. Not able to lock either side of the windows because they do not align. This makes me uncomfortable when we travel or when my husband works nights. It is letting in cold air and we had the cold air problem last year as well. It is uncomfortable to sit near the window because of the draft.
    I originally called the store beginning of September (2022) and was told by a male that I would be called back within the hour. Never received a call.
    I went into the store on September 14 thinking it might be easier to speak to someone in person and explain the situation. I was told that they switched computer systems and she would have to find the invoice. She said that it would be an easy fix and that she just had to find out what type of window we had. It was mostly likely just the spring that had broken and she had lots of those available but she would look into it.
    September 26 I went back into the store and was told by the same lady that she had my paperwork on her desk, she had to talk to the installer about it. I asked to be called once she spoke to the installer.
    As of Sept 26 I have not heard anything. I'm not sure what to do. I said that if an installer had to come out I understood that there would be a charge. Our house is starting to get colder with the change in weather and I don't want to have to go through a winter of a window not even being secured in its track!
