    Absolutely horrible product and service! We bought a back door with a window in it that leaks horrible, so much so it drips and the way down the door leaving stains. We were told that is "normal". We now have o buy a new door *** **** *** ** ******** * **** ** ***** *********

    We had a beautiful front door installed and ever sense we have had some problems with it. We have had to do all the follow ups. We think they are hoping we are going to just go away. * ***** ***** ********* **** ** ******* ***** ******* *****. The door is still not fixed.

    Hello, as previously agreed with you, we were to visit you in the Spring once the weather got warmer....as this was a paint issue and cannot be serviced in the cold. The installation manager will contact you in April to arrange a service call. Thank you.
