    June 4, 2025 On June 2, 2020 my wife and I purchased a 2018 Jayco 5th wheel, model 305CKTS from Sicards in ********** ********Part of the discussion included us purchasing optional 4 year extended warranty through Global Warranty. The Finance Manager sold us on the package based on what was covered and highlited if not used, you can claim back cash value of your plan up to $2000.00 including taxes his words. As part of the sales document I received the bill of sale from Sicards, copy of the Global Warranty Ultimate RV series warranty agreement (3 pages, all photo copied) and a copy of Ultimate RV series brochure (4 pages, all photo copied).On Tuesday, June 3, 2025 I called Global Warranty to claim the $2000 as the warranty was never used, I spoke to a Customer Representative and was asked to send an email to csc@globalwarranty with the last 5 digits of the vin of my trailer.Within 60 minutes I was sent a reply stating that unfortunately, the policy expired a year ago so we are unable to offer you the **** *** is limited to 60 days after the expiry date. They are correct, the policy did expiry in 2024, not sure what GPR stands for, nor anywhere in the documentation that I was supplied on the day that we purchased the trailer does it state that we have 60 days to submit a request to have our $2000 returned.After a few emails going back and fourth a representative from Global Warranty (****** *****) sent an email apologizing for not including a wrinkled up photo copy of the Global Warranty document explaining the **** I replied, this is the first time seeing this and no where on this document is it dated nor signed by **** replied to Global Warranty asking for the $2000.00 as well as called Sicards as they are the ones and still are representing Global Warranty, nothing as of June 4, 2025, as of today, still being offered through *******.

    Complete and utter waste of money and a big scam IMO. My car has been in the shop for five months with what is obviously an electrical issue and they refuse to approve the repairs on any of it except for the least expensive. And even then when they do approve a repair which is very seldom, it will be with a refurbished part. Apparently I don't need headlights to drive my vehicle. Not even living in the country. Businesses like this should be shut down and prevented from taking harder money out of the pockets of people who can barely afford it to begin with. I am now left with a vehicle. I cannot drive to work as I am on Night Shift so thank you global warranty, for nothing.

    I have had many after market warranties but Global Warranty is by far the best! They work seamlessly with my mechanic and honoured their commitments.I highly recommend Global Warranty!*****

    My warranty was already attached to my purchase of a vehicle that I was making payments on. I ensured oil changes occurred as was needed for the mileage I was used gna. Not once did I miss an oil change, or a payment. I was told by an adjuster, after not being communicated with for over 2 months, that I was not keeping up with my oil changes. The motor gave out and I was told I was to blame for having too many oil changes. I had record of every oil change and provided those records. The repair company and I had a difficult time getting responses, and communication I had with adjuster, was terrible right from the start. He was incredibly rude, unresponsive, and flat out told me my warrant request was denied because I had done too many oils changes and caused the damage myself. First not adequate, then over doing it! First I did not agree to global warranty being the warranty service provider Id deal with, and then being rejected for ridiculous unsubstantiated reasons. All with no address, or follow up on advocacy from the dealership which I was assured would take place. I have heard back nothing from the dealerships or communication from global. I feel completely unsupported and ignored. The repair shop has been great in all of this.

    I bought a warranty from Global Warranty and I was reassured of protection as per the agreement noted. I had a legitimate claim. My mechanic sent all the information to Global and communicated with them providing all the information they requested. After 7 months of going back and forth the adjustor simply said the problem was pre existing and deigned the claim. When I called a tried to reason with the adjustor (*****) he asked for more information. I complied. When I followed up with him he got agree with me and said he would pass this over to his manager. He would not provide the name of his manager, he only said that he would contact me. I waited for approximately a week and then I received a scathing threatening email, telling me to stop harassing his team and wasting their time. The manger (**** *****) told me is decision was final and he would block my contact if I tried to reach out to them again.I would recommend to you based on our experience, to never use this company. Save your money, this insurance warranty is worthless.Sincerely,BA

    My car needs a transmission and cannot go over 20km/hr, they denied my case saying its a pre existing issue. When I asked them how would I travel on the highway when my car doesn't go over 20 km/hr. ***************************** called me names and then hung up on me. Bunch of scammers who will find any excuse in the book to deny your claim, company also has gone through 4 **** in the last year, **** just quit when they cant deal with all the angry customers I guess.

    I paid into a 2000.00 ultimate 2 star warranty package. Never once got there information as to what it does and what it does not cover. I sent my 2016 eco diesel ram in to get a intake manifold replaced. So the mechanic started to work on it . Did his part to file the claim. To find out they don't cover carbon related issues ??? Well for one I never received there list . Now I bought the truck back in may 2 years ago.
    Thinking I had a warranty not even knowing what was covered an what is not.. If I am reading there whats not covered page . There isn't any thing that is covered on my eco ram so why did they ***** my money . I want a full refund an I want compensation for there lack of mailing the information . ** **** ***** ********** ****** ** **** *** ***** ***** **** ****** ** ******* ***** *** ***** ***********. I am not sure who I should actually contact . Do I go to the dealership where the truck came from . Or the almost 2 years Global Warranty that I didn't even know was the company I had. I was told at the dealership that everything would be covered. An that was that.
    Either way they need to cover my vehicles repair or refund me for a warranty that does nothing for my vehicle

    **** ******* ** * ***** ****.after paying 3000.00 for it ended up 14979 km 3 month warranty,I made a claim to get my 4x4 fixed total cost 1,555.29 Jordan S at global offered to pay 462.35 vacuum solenoid not covered vacuum lines not covered diagnostics not covered.Anybody thinking of getting a global warranty should think twice.I am a very unhappy customer

    I purchased my vehicle 9 months ago and I had purchased extended warranty with Global Warranty, costing $4,000 which I was forced to buy through the dealership who told me originally the cost was going to be $1,000.
    Now my coolant is leaking, and I’ve been having white smoke coming out of my exhaust. I went to the dealership, and they gave me a quote for $15K of what they recommend I need for my vehicle. They told me my vehicle is getting older and that’s why I’m having issues. I had an inspection on my vehicle done and none of this was stated before I made my purchase. I still was never told what the actual issue was, and I had to tell them my coolant is leaking, and I just want that fixed. Then they went through and put a warranty claim and came back and stated that nothing is covered with my claim when clearly, it’s stated on my warranty papers that I’m covered.
