    Terrible place. My vehicle was in an accidentamonth after purchase and was a write off. I sent all the required papers to cancel the policy and after paying 4000.00 for the warranty my refund was only 258.00 . And after repeatedly asking for explanations they told me they only receives that much for a 5 year warranty. ****** **** **** ** ******** ** **

    Submitted a claim almost a month and half ago now via email as directed to there "claims" email, followed up with 3 phone calls in which they said they are mailing out a cheque "that day" and it will be there shortly. Still have yet to see a single thing. Verified address was correct multiple times. Honestly nobody wants to wait 2-3 months for a refund, stop lieing directly to customers faces when they call to inquire about the status.

    Hello Everyone, please do not buy this service at all, I have problem with my AC. Where I have to replace a evaporator on my 2018 dodge caravan. Which I had bought in 2019 OCT, now these people are making excuses that we cannot covered because it was cause from a corrosion. I mean a normal person cannot go inside the vehicle and inspect every single lines in it. **** * ******* Do not buy their warranty at all. I posted how much i paid for this warranty and also posted how much was the quote!!!!! At least the could've covered half of it.

    Not impressed at all with Global Waranty bought a truck less then 2 months ago started to misfire so took it to 2 different places 3 times for a diagnostic which I was on the hook for all because global requested i do this. My truck finally got repaired after almost a month after calls and calls from myself n dealership and all because warranty didn't wanna cover this n that and In the end I paid half the $6000.00 bill. What's the point of purchasing warranty if it's not gonna cover engine parts especially when you try blame me for not doing an oil change on a truck that just purchased. I never heard of anyone required to do an oil change on a vechile they just purchased and then you claim it voided certain things on my vechile. I recommend anyone that wants warranty find it somewhere else

    I purchased a new to me vehicle that had attached global warranty plan with it. Thank God for that. Within the first week the transmission quit working. Global was quick to send my tranny shop a good used transmission. A few months down the road the water pump went out, Again global was quick to get that fixed and paid part of the tow bill. All in all I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It's great there is still companies out there where customer experiences are number one. Thank you global for making a bad experience a little easier.

    Very disappointed with their service. These people *** ******** with their so called guarantee. They refunded me after I waited over 2 months calling them almost every day, it wasn't until I told them I was going to file a complaint that they went ahead and mocked me with their poor refund.
    Refund not explained, not detailed, *** * ********** **** **** ** *** **** ******** ***** *****.
    After reading all these reviews, I wonder how they continue to do this ****** ***** ** ******** ******

    Pathetic customer service. I have purchased the Global Warranty insurance *** ** *** ****** *****. I have sent the cancellation request for the policy more than a month ago. In the contract they mentioned cancellation can take up to 30 days. But even after a month, when enquiring about cancellation request there is no response. Even called the customer care, they asked send email and when follow-up email sent, no responses.

Generally the time from receipt to completion is 30 days, but this may vary due to volume of requests.     No stars!!! We are so disappointed with the service, response, no coverage for a purchased warranty. We carefully reviewed before buying knowing we wanted assurances. Things that should’ve been covered were refused. Shocked we were left with a $6k bill for “covered” repairs. Why bother buying warranty coverage? ** ** * **** *** * ****** 
    Do not purchase with them! We have had nothing but lies. Our mechanic read over the policy and also believed repairs were covered.
