    As a repair center representative, my dealings with Lubrico warranty have been very positive. I have spoken on multiple occassions with an agent, ***, who has been more than helpful.

    This is the second time I've paid for a useless warranty with Lubrico. I was hesitant to pay the money but I was told they've gotten better. Well today, it was confirmed again the Lubrico is just a complete waste of time and waste of money. DO NOT TAKE THE WARRANTY. Worst company I've ever dealt with and want to warn everyone to stay away!!!!! I gave them 1 star because that's the only way I could leave this review.

    In the number of years that I have had cars and purchased Lubrico warranties, I have only had one incident. My A/c line to my compressor broke. They told me where to take it and within a day we had the car back! I have turned away from a car purchase because I could not get a Lubrico warranty with it .You have different grades of contracts available - best to get the highest you can afford, especially with most modern cars having a lot of sensitive electronics on board. I especially like the "no claim" extension policy for $150 ish . for me, it was an extra 2 years! Definitely worth it!

    Lubrico came through for me on 3 occasions. Reading the contract, I see that they respected the terms and gave me complete satisfaction on all counts. **** ******** even went beyond the call of duty on the replacement of the alternator of my 2012 ***** S60 T6 Rdesign. The requirements are that you must get approval BEFORE repairs, which must be done at one of their authorised shops. The circumstances prevented me from doing either. That was of a Friday night on the shoulder of an expressway. On the following Monday, I called Lubrico, just in case, and spoke to **** who was very understanding and eager to help. I sent him a PDF of the work order and got a refund cheque from Lubrico within 3 days. Overall, I got more from Lubrico than the cost of the contract. On the replacement of the vacuum pump, they paid for the seals, gaskets and labour. They did not pay for the pump itself which is clearly excluded in the terms of the contract. So please do read the covered and not covered parts of the contract before blasting Lubrico. They DO RESPECT the terms of their contracts, and were more than fair in my claims. I have no reservations in RECOMMENDING LUBRICO!

    Bought a 2012 Ram 1500 from a dealer saftied certified, it came with a 6 month lubrico warranty. 3 days after having the Truck a transmission line blew and when taken into a shop that I was directed to use. They looked it over and said some lines and a block needed to be replaced along with my oil pan. Lubrico denied the claim saying none of it was covered under powertrain. How ? Without those components the transmission wouldn't last or run for long. They are pretty important parts of the powertrain. I was quoted 4000 to have the issues fixed. Not happy at all for a warranty that does absolutely nothing.

    We bought this coverage when we bought our vehicle for piece of mind. That is not the case for us. We have had our vehicle in for repairs 3 times so far which has cost us $3,297.54 in out of pocket expenses. Lubrico Warranty has paid less than $200.00. We asked to cancel the policy to which we were told that they could cancel it but there would be no refund for the policy. Every time we tried to use the services they say this is not covered or that is not covered I do not think they cover ANYTHING. I would give them a review of -10 if I could. Be wise do not waste your money on this company.

    Great service from Paul K*** at Lubrico. The dealer failed to find an replacement AC compressor for my *********, waited months, still no results. Paul searched the country for me and got one within days. All covered including shipping by my Lubrico warranty. Thanks Paul!
