    Extremely happy with the customer service mark at lubrico was able to provide to me, 2 years after my vehicle was purchased they were able to cover my claim no problem, 5 stars in my books

    This warranty cover anything I feel so sad because I lose my money with that, this is an advice for everyone, you shouldn’t buy this kind of warranty, I claim many times for problems with my vehicle but they never respond to me back with good news, always they said “for that situation LUBRICO no cover sorry” God this the worst that I did.

    I am a BBB registered business as well myself, so i know the BBB guidelines well. At no time during my initial claim did I feel I was being misled or not listened to. I was required to provide necessary receipts, confirm with a diagnosis by a Lubrico approved facility, all of which is part of the warranty contract and only makes sense from a business and legal side of things. But the help and suggestions I got from my Lubrico representative, Paul, was more than i expected. I've been dealing with vehicles, new and used for 50 years and never have i had such an on board kind of guy to help expedite my claim as Paul. I would 100% recommend Lubrico and if you can get Paul to help you it will be explained, broken down, supported all with facts and 100% backed up 2 months later when the new engine is in and the original terms are still lived up to. Great company!!

    I had work done on my car but forgot to let Lubrico know. I contacted post completion of the work and Lubrico were able to help me with some of the costs. Thank you so much Lubrico. In the future I will ensure I let my dealer know about my warranty befor initiating any warranty work!! Thank you so much!!

    I first became a Lubrico customer nearly 7 years ago, and during that time I have found it necessary to make claims for work covered by their warranties. In each case Lubrico staff have seen to it that the process has gone smoothly. Recently I made a claim that was mishandled by the garage. I contacted ***** at Lubrico customer service and he promptly provided the information I needed to clarify the issue. Claims Manager **** than took ownership of the matter and he resolved it efficiently, professionally, and to my complete satisfaction within 48 hours, proving again why Lubrico is "best of breed" in used car warranties.

    Well, this company has renewed my faith in humanity. So easy to deal with and very patient - even though I may not have been. I can't say enough great things about Chad ****** from London Ontario. I will tell anyone who'll listen about the service and fair treatment I had, and will follow up to tell the dealership I bought my vehicle from, that the Lubrico service they sold me on was WELL WORTH IT.     I have owned my vehicle for 5 days with a Lubrico warranty. I got stranded on my vacation, they told me to get it towed to their nearest shop which I did the next day I was told that I owed $500 and they weren’t covering anything including the tow they told me to take.

    My expiring contract required oil changes and lube every 6 months regardless of mileage. Given that I did not need Lubrico services I qualified to renew my contract. I contacted Lubrico customer service and spoke with Tracy ****. Tracy was an excellent choice. I learned from Tracy that the 6-month clause was removed from my renewal and mileage was the determining service factor. Tracy was very understanding, professional, and very customer service oriented. She walked me through the renewal process and arranged my payment. Before the call ended, I received the email payment confirmation and contract. I could not ask for a more pleasant and understanding customer service agent. Steve N******* ******** **
