    I am writing to dispute NFP Canada Corp.'s decision regarding Policy No. *** ******* and Claim No. 5303D6613.I discovered that an unauthorized employee had contacted NFP Canada Corp. to modify our policy without obtaining prior authorization or consent from us. It has since come to my attention that NFP Canada Corp failed to follow proper procedures to verify the authorization of the person making the change, and in doing so, breached our contract and acted negligently. NFP Canada Corp was aware that changes should be made only with my explicit approval and confirmation of this request. And more importantly, whoever spoke with my employee needed to verify that they were authorized to make such a change before going ahead.Furthermore, the email sent to NFP Canada Corp. requesting the policy modifications lacks any signatures or validation procedures confirming change requests with myself, as required by law.As a result of these modifications, one of my vehicles was involved in an accident and was deemed a write-off. The vehicle has been in a body shop accumulating charges for over three months now. I have attempted to work with NFP Canada Corp on resolving the issue but have not received a satisfactory resolution.I respectfully request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to ensure that our rights as insurance policyholders are protected.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
