    We got stuck with NFP after they gobbled up Economical who took over Blonde and Little in ******* and who we had been with for over 25 years. I myself have a winter car and a summer car. The winter car being a 2000 Cougar that I inherited 20 years ago with ***** kms and my summer car being a 1999 Camaro.After waiting one hour and eight minutes on the phone today and after having to make three consecutive phone calls trying to get hold of our own agent and could not, I was informed that I haven't had collision on either of my cars for at least the last year. The agent (who wasn't our regular agent) wanted to go back further to see how long it had been but I just want to get my cars policies switched today because my ****** is going into storage and I wasn't waiting on the phone any longer than I had. I told the agent, "you guys are lucky that I haven't been in an accident because you'd have your a** sued off, we never took the collision off either of my cars" NFP should be out of business DO NOT sign up with anyone that has anything to do with NFP you'll regret it.Thank goodness in 3 weeks from now we will have a new insurance company because we are sick and tired of ******* around with NFP. **** **** **** ****** *** *** ******* **** ** *** *** ***** ** *** ******* ** ** ****.

    1 star only because I can't leave zero. This company quoted a very reasonable price, the papers were signed.....then I saw what they withdrew.....almost 900$. When I called I was told they miscalculated my quote and changed everything, almost doubling the payments. No call or communication, or permission from me, and definitely no new policy signed by myself. They then proceeded to try to withdraw the funds every month until the refund, causing me nsf fees. This despite a signed cancellation from myself. My bank told me that they can continue to do this unless I pay more money to put stop payments on. I closed my account I've had for over 30 years. It took 3 mos and threats of police and reports to the BBB before they refunded half of what they took. Absolutely ******** *** horrible company. I HIGHLY recommend staying FAR away.
