    On Monday July 25 I booked transportation for my father **** (96 years old) from people care retirement home in ********* to ********* hospital. He was scheduled for 9:45a.m but told to be there at 9:30a.m to register. I was told he would be there approximately 1 hour. This information was given to the lady booking the trip. She then arranged for the return trip, Dad's pickup time was 10:45 a.m. to return to ********* from ********* hospital.
    Details were then explained and I was quoted $190 and change per trip and was warned that each minute after 10:45a.m. I would be penalized $2.10 cents per minute.
    Tuesday morning July 26 the transport van arrived at 9:22 a.m. and left at 9:32 a.m. My sister called the hospital and told them they were going to be late and told get here when you can. The appointment was squeezed in and my sister and dad were sitting outside by 10:45 a.m. At 11:15 I got a call letting me know Voyago still wasn't there. They finally arrived 12:30p.m. Not only were they late both trips, but checking with bank, I was billed $279.28 for each trip. I have tried to resolve this with Mark Beselaera but he is not responding to my calls. I am willing to pay the original price quoted and would like an apology for the stress caused to my family.
