    A woman employed by Voyago Charters in ****** was extremely rude and aggressive towards an elderly lady yesterday (Sunday, March 30, 2025). The interaction was so aggressive that the elderly lady was left shaking and crying. It took her a long time to feel better after the incident. Not long after the woman employed by V charters proceeded to insult me and yell at me (a younger person who went to the aid of the elderly lady) when I asked her to please not touch our things. She was touching/moving them without permission. V charters really needs to do better screening and hire competent people, not bullies like the woman we had these horrible interactions with.

    I used this service to transfer my mother from the hospital to hospice. Not only were they 17 minutes late from the arrival time I booked but they didn’t read the paperwork that said my mother needed oxygen. I had to ask the nurses station if they could use the hospital oxygen until they got to their transport vehicle. After this 2 days later I receive a copy of the invoice and they had the audacity to charge me for an extra 6 minutes waiting time. Who did the waiting…….us? They were late to pick up and I am the one who did the arranging of the oxygen that they forgot to bring to the room with them and I’m charged a waiting time. What a pathetic service, we do not need to experience this kind of service when we are transporting our loved ones to hospice. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

    I had total joint hip replacement and decided to use a wheelchair transportation provider instead of a taxi and a walker. The driver at Voyago was very courteous but showed up 20 minutes early ? Why.. so they could tack on the 50 percent waiting charge maybe . The driver drove above the speed limit and swerved from lane to lane. The van drove as if it was a broken down cattle truck. UNSAFE, ROUGH , RATTLING and DISGUSTING. The wheelchair they provided was substandard. I sat the entire hour in fear and pain and I AM WARNING EVERYONE about using this overpriced and unsafe service. It cost me $250 to go from LUH to Tillsonburg in a broken down wreck.

    Frightening ride from Woodstock Hospital to Delhi with my elderly father. Driver speeding 100km/hr in extremely dense fog and using 1 wrist on the wheel. I told him to use 2 hands and slow down. He was dangerous and wreckless. I told the driver I would be lodging a formal complaint with the company and BBB.
